Great location with a Good price

Wow! Perfect place to relax and enjoy the winter. Big apartments, perfectly equipped kitchen, private sauna. The thing I liked the most was the fact that I could enjoy the Aurora from the back terrace. Great service, the owner of the place so friendly and helpful! I definitely will come back again!

Good location close to everything. But still remote. Clean house with nice sauna

No staff or reception. Just key left in door. Man we did meet wasn't friendly, not sure if he was owner or staff as he didn't talk to us.

Very peaceful location. Short drive to nearest supermarket. Excellent WiFi. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good communication with owners.

Beautiful place , friendly staff

The host is super helpful arranged taxi transfer from the airport and taxi us around where ever we needed for our 4 day stay. Super friendly host and gorgeous location. Brilliant value for money and tempted to return in the summer for a swim in the river on my door step. Electric hob, microwave, coffee maker and toaster all the basics you need. The sauna was perfect. Thank you.

With two young children we did need to taxi which was expensive but we had factored it into our holiday cost.I think if we were on our own we would have walked to alot of places. Double bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room comfy enough the rooms can get hot and has under floor heating but easily adjusted with thr thermostats. Scissors would be helpful in the cutlery drawer but really there isn't much not to like here 😁

Amazing location right between two frozen rivers. Very nice warm apartment with amazing view on the river. We really enjoyed the sauna and the surrounding nature. Would definitely visit again...

We were a little bit confused about the check in process since there's no reception or anything. The owner said he sent us a message but for some reason we didn't receive it. But when we arrived he was around, so everything was ok.

Everything about the apartment was lovely it was clean , spacious great view the sauna was made me pick the place and didn’t disappoint, host offered transfer from the airport ( fee of 25€ each way ) also offered to shop at a shop on the way to the apartment and gave us a lift next day to Santa Clause Village which is nearby free of charge

I had issues with both front and back door it was very hard for me to open and close them If you don’t have a car the place is a bit further out and no other forms of transport you’ll have to get taxi/ transfer which costs 25€ One way from the airport and same price for going to and back to Santa village both are like 5-6 km away , no walkable shop nearby as well , you are kind of the middle of nowhere I think hosts could have added essentials such as milk and sugar in the apartment since there was no shop around .

extremely clean and comfortable appartment, plenty of parking space, 4 km from the city center but no problem at all. it is fully equiped with nice furniture. also suitable for families, for short or long stays. The price is extremely resonable. to be recommended

The keys were left in the front door so I could easily check in. My apartment No 12 was huge and from my terrace I saw the Takapudas (a branch that connects the rivers Kemijoki and Ounasjoki a bit north of the junction). The bed was good and the sauna very hot! But you can chose between three different levels. By the way: The turn-switch must be within the white area. I guess the other scale is the timer clock. But to find that out I had to ask the owner but he came immediately so that I didn't lost time! It's possible to have access to the Resort by foot but it's a long walk to the city of Rovaniemi. But you can park your car in front of you apartment. I enjoyed my stay =)

I forgot that there was no oven in the kitchen. So after I went home I had to put my frozen pizza in the microwave. And it worked quite good! ;-) If you wanna have unique furniture you will be at the wrong place. Nearly everything was from IKEA.
