Charming and well kept old building, shared kitchen to use.

The air freshener and cleaning products used were very smelly and would give you a headache. I think they are hiding the smell of the old house that might be a bit moldy.

Lovely room in a very quiet place. Very relaxing and nice room. The atmosphere of the room is very nice and matches the laid-back atmosphere of Sintra. This place is well worth staying here.

It was clean and the bed was big.

I guess we expected a bit more from this place. It was very basic and felt like a “youth hostel”. The room was rather smelly.

The room was very nice and clean and also quite big. The bed was also very big. Nearby are small cafes and restaurants and it is also close to the old town. The price-performance ratio (at least in February) is definitely right and we would come back any time!

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable, but that's complaining on a high level! All in all, there is nothing bad to say!

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived to see a light, bright double aspect room with plenty of space for a couple. The room was very clean and the self check in was very efficient. There is a pleasant common area with tables to eat and sofas to sit on.

The hot water in the shower did not work that well, it did not get that hot and the pressure was not the best. The property is about a 10 minute walk from the station and there is not a great deal of night life in the immediate vicinity.

The room was very comfortable, spacious and a large bed. Location was very good. Rooms are clean. And even though I stayed at the road side, the noise was not bothering me at all. For future, I will be back.

As usual, the plumbing does give off a faint smell in the bathroom. But not disturbing though. 3 different entry codes is a bit much I believe but as there is no check in staff, it is a must due to security.

Nice guesthouse. Spacious rooms, well equipped and clean. Has laundry but didn't use and secure lockers if you arrive early.

Can get noisy--rooms facing the street have noise from outside from cars on the rd and people walking past (especially if drunk) and was woken multiple times by banging downstairs and a crying baby that was actually down the hall but was sounded like it was nearer. One sound proofing is needed. Also the landmarks are further than stated on the website/listing, add another 5 min walking to all estimates at least. Toilet seat was either loose or broken. Fridge not very cold. No keurig coffee for the machine in the common kitchen area. Check out is early considering check in is late.

having a code to get in, no people needed to be there. bottle of wine was a nice welcome. comfortable beds, good shower.

The bed was spectacular! The place was immaculate. The value was excellent. We were near the the train station. the place was quiet. Though staff was not on the premises, they were very attentive.

Nothing. we were pleased with everything. We had requested early check in but unfortunately they were unable to do that. We had a locker to store our bags until the room was ready.

Check-in was hassle free and easy. Room was lovely and clean and the bed was huge and comfy. The shower is nice and we appreciated the body lotion provided. Contacting them through the site got a quick response as well so that was reassuring!

Just know there's a municipal fee to pay on top of what you pay at booking.com. It's only 1€ a night per person so it's not an issue, just be aware you'll be prompted to pay it before you commemce your stay to ensure you're provided with the codes to access the guest house.

An amazing place close to the center and to the train/bus station (a few minutes walk), info point, urban bus stop and everything else you could need. And the room is just wonderful.
