The cottages are extremely comfortable and well appointed. I liked the attention to detail - everything is provided in the kitchen and bathroom areas. The outlook on to the Marina with comfortable seating is wonderful.

Inside the cottages it was beautiful and very clean and cozy.

No room service, no telephones in the cottage, no trolley to take you too and from your room (I was in room 19 way in the back, long walk up and down hills), no lights while walking the dark paths and I was with my 6yr old child, I was given one taxi person to call (which he was very nice) but I needed a drive back to the airport and he wasn’t available and no additional arrangements were made, thank god I made friends while being there and got myself a ride. Only 1 restaurants and one of the days it rained a lot and they opened late for breakfast and kid was hungry because if you don’t get what you need before the lights go out you will not leave your cottage.

I think due to the location there needs to be 24hour reception and access to the bar area.

A nice quiet retreat off the beaten track. Great views + staff very welcoming. If driving be careful as some tight corners +steep hills. But worth every penny.

The room was excellent - very comfortable. Breakfast was ok, but dependent on the staff member serving it. They allowed us a free late checkout. The WiFi was pretty good.

The bar and restaurant are closed on Tuesdays, apart from breakfast - there’s nowhere else to eat and drink within walking distance. Reception closes at 5.30pm - or actually a bit earlier. The spa and hairdressers were closed too. The pool was rundown and had no shade to sit out. Some staff in the bar and restaurant were very good - others quite poor. Check your bill to make sure they’re not charging you for extras at breakfast that should be included.

The ocean views were amazing, It was like I had my own personal beach, the high-end finishes in the apartment were great, and the privacy was perfect

Honestly one of my favourite hotel experiences thus far and I've stayed in some incredible hotels. The room was huge, clean and comfortable. The view is simply stunning and the Jacuzzi was quite a treat. The kitchen has a good size fridge freezer, coffee machine etc. It would be suitable for a family. I would recommend hiring a car as the hotel is quite remote and the taxis aren't always reliable, but it didn't bother us too much as we only stayed for two days. The breakfast was nice, but the service was little slow on the second day. I only had the pizza one lunch time as I was out and about, but it's a great choice on the menu. The property is under new management and after speaking with the new manager, I'm very excited to see how it improves and develops further- I will definitely return.

Jacuzzi instructions would be great. Slow breakfast service at times. A few minor repairs required such as the door handle to the cottage and the curtains being re-hung correctly.

Secret Harbour has breathtaking views, so peaceful and quiet. Room was immaculate and led to a private terrace with jacuzzi hot tub and what seemed to be a private beach. A little piece of heaven.

Only issue was our shower was slow to drain. Water would sit.. Not really a complaint as maintenance came quickly but couldn’t resolve the issue
