Une chambre joliment décorée avec bouilloire, café, eau et biscuits à disposition dans un grand bâtiment ancien très beau. Le lit est grand et confortable,le tout très propre et bien équipé. Accès grâce aux codes envoyés par le gérant (très réactif à toutes nos questions pour visiter ou nous restaurer). Située à 2 pas d'une rue piétonne mais aussi à 5 minutes de la gare pour visiter les 5 terres. Emplacement idéal ! Les petits déjeuners se prennent dans un des 4 bars à proximité, boisson chaude, jus de fruits et croissant italien, pas de salé ni fruits mais suffisant pour petit déjeuner, clin d'œil à Dolce Magic!

Pas de chaîne française à la télé pour ceux qui aiment regarder les infos tôt le matin mais c'est un détail...

Situé proche d'un carrefour avec une voie rapide, il est très bruyant...

Sítio muito central, restaurantes e cafés muito perto. Estação comboio a minutos a pé.

O colchão era muito mole para quem tem problemas de costas.

I like the space and the coffee machine. Makes me have nice hot coffee in winter, the room is clean and big enough for me. It is near the train station and in the another side of the street and you can easily find food there which is convenient. I had a great stay there.

Remember ask the staff how to get in the building and get the password. Otherwise you might wait outside.

The location is amazing, the self check-in was very easy and the room was incredibly clean.

Our bed was kind of sagged in the middle and there were some very noisy neighbours on the floor above which made sleeping a little harder but still we liked the property very much.

Posizione strategica, appartamento molto ampio e luminoso; accoglienza dedicata. Posto convenzionato per la colazione, davvero buonissima!

this apartment was perfect for our family stay. it is conveniently located close to the train station and has plenty of shopping centers and stores near by. the rooms were clean and very comfortable and our host was extremely helpful and nice. this is my 5th time in this city and by far the best experience because of this lovely, affordable accommodation. 10/10 will be returning :)

The location is a bit tricky. You will be staying in core centre but at the same time the crowd is not what you want around where you stay, especially when your family is with you.

1. The pics you see are not the same for all rooms. Our rooms were very basic and non luxurious at all. 2. The bed is not comfy at at all. The mattress is of cheap quality and if you have back pain, its not for you. 3. Wifi was extremely weak in our room 4. There is no elevator on the ground floor. You have to go up 10 stairs to reach the elevator. 5. Be careful when you book the triple beds room. The owner will still want to charge you an additional 25 euros per night if you want it installed (for a kid below 11 yrs old) 6. Parking in the area is a disaster. Make sure you plan your parking place in advance 7. This is not a hotel. There is no reception or room service 8. Interaction with the owner or manager was not pleasant. He used the word ‘dishonest’ with me several times and has no etiquette in communications.

Maybe it is just me, but The Bed was insanely Soft making it very difficult to sleep. In my case I was unable to sleep for enough hours despite being very tired afrer cinque terre sightseeing. Beside that - everything OK
