Breakfast was supplied and was excellent

Perfect location. Comfy beds. Efficient heating - cosy and warm even in June/July. Well equipped kitchen with some handy little extras.

A mirror in each bedroom would be great, and a few more bedroom power points for chargers etc.

The property has lovely big bedrooms and great access to Devonport.

Not all rooms are accessible for wheelchair. The bathrooms are comparatively small and not easy to move around in for anyone with mobility issues. Some of the pots and pans don’t work on the induction cooktop which made it difficult to cook for a group of people (due to limited cook-wear)

excellent, such a surprise to see the amount of stocked food items, very impressed, just loved the old home, so glad to see something like this place gradually being restored, so close to everything, walking distance, not far from the main shopping mall, beach, playground, and the sporting fields, and the sight of our beautiful Spirit of Tasmania, sailing past us, so loved our stay here, my little 4 year old granddaughter just loved playing the piano, which she is very talented with, even at her tiny age,

possibly an extra shower, and not had that bath in the other bathroom, but us being a family of 7, even though 2 of the boys were playing soccer for most of the 2 days, we all managed with the 1 shower.

great waterfront location

The location was amazing, the house itself was absolutely beautiful and our host provided EVERYTHING. We will definitely be back.

Central ,comfy ,homely . Nice large house . Great views. Affordable.

The Villa is awesome, a lovely building in a great location.

Everything was good, no complaints.
