Very cosy house Kitchen is well equiped, also with some oil, salt, spices etc Bathroom is very comfy Surroundings are beautiful Be aware that radiators (central heating) is not working so to heat the house you have to make a fire yourself in the fire place. Wood and tools are supplied. For us this was not a big problem but you are sleeping in the same room as the living room and fire place., so not ideal when you have a lung disease. Bring your slippers in the colder months as the floor is quite cold with concrete tiles. The bathroom has a working electric heater.

Apparently every fall there are in one corner of the house a lot of dead ants falling down. We would have liked to have known this beforehand.

the shower was good and had hot water. the place surrounding is nice.

There was no WIFI in the room even though it was promised in Booking.com The hostess requested additional fee for towel and linen bed but she didn’t accept to receive Credit card, but only cash. this was not mentioned in Booking.com and created a non pleasant situation. radiators were not working.

Pool great in August.

Hosts and assorted animals very friendly. Aups and other nearby market towns very characterful.
