Definitely an outstanding stay!This is a amazing villa, warm and welcoming with amazing yard for swimming, sun bathing and eating. It is in a lovely area right on top of Kathikas with an amazing view of combination of the mountains and sea. Super close to beautiful nature trail and the most beautiful sunset views from the Villa. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen , great outdoor BBQ area. Maria was one of the best hosts I have ever met always available, kind and helpful. We will return soon. An outstanding stay!

We really enjoyed our short stay here with a beautiful views of sunsets. The villa was clean and comfortable with a great backyard, where we were spending our most of the time. Will definitely come back one day!

One small thing - water in the pool was really cold all the time.

Incredible location and views. Away from ever - only naturesounds and wineyard as far as eye can see and back far back there is a sea. Sunset is breathtaking and you can count starts by the pool at night. Intresting to walk around-mountains and village center is close by. Very peaceful and safe with little kids. Villa itself is very well equiped with everything you might need. Even every bedroom has aircon. Kids favorite place - swimming pool, lots of nature to explore- geckos, birds and staff and even youtube or netflix for cartoons. For mammas and pappas - close to winery or even two ; . I loved Vasilikon wines-ca 3 km. Villa is full of incredible artwork to enjoy and explore, books to look. You feel that artistic soul in every thing thats there. I loved how resourcefully materials there reused in interjor. I am very thankful of this incredible experience.

Extremely clean, romantic, spacious, many areas the views were amazing, peaceful.

Heating wasn't very warm with a baby in December. Bedrooms were very cold there where extra blankets but the baby kicks them off in the night

We had a wonderful stay at Ayia Marina residence. The house is fully renovated, modern, very spacious, nicely equipped and clean. The communication with the owners, Maria and Michalis, was also great. They were very kind and helpful even if we haven't met in person. We hope we will meet the next time! We would definitely recommend Ayia Marina residence and we will absolutely visit the place again!
