Friendly and efficient receptionist. Location good for where I needed to be.

Dirty plates. We bought a takeaway breakfast and had to wash greasy plates first. Chipped coffee mugs. Ricoffy and sugar sachets opened and left in the little coffee station box. Should this not be checked for new guests? Shower flooded the bathroom,needed to use a towel on the floor to mop it up after our shower. A very disappointing visit.

In the room there was a rat. Yes staff tried to assist but I think there is a need to close the door at the bottom to prevent entry of rats from outside.

The property was situated within a secure and safe locality.

Upon arrival, my family, friends and I experienced an unfortunate delay of over 20 minutes outside the property. We attempted to contact the provided contact numbers on the gate multiple times, but regrettably, there was no response. After some time, two ladies emerged from one of the rooms that we had booked. It appeared as though they had just woken up and were utilizing the room that we had reserved. This initial experience left us feeling somewhat disoriented and inconvenienced. The rooms we were assigned did not align with the representations in the advertised gallery pictures. Most notably, the beds in the rooms were sunken and noticeably uncomfortable. This disparity between the visuals and the actual rooms was unexpected and affected the overall quality of our stay. The lack of complimentary water in the rooms was unexpected. When we inquired about the possibility of purchasing water from the property, as per the advertised price list at the reception, we were informed that no stock was available. This response was disappointing, and there was no effort made to find an alternative solution. Additionally, the shower facilities in several of the rooms were inadequately sized. The limited space made it difficult to maneuver comfortably, and the water temperature was not consistent. Unfortunately, the water was not heated to a comfortable level, resulting in the necessity to shower with lukewarm to cold water.

The staff are friendly and welcoming and the rooms are very clean.

The bed, the mattresses have got no support, it may be time to replace them.

I loved the room I was booked in. Very comfortable and modern furniture; safe area. Friendly and helpful staff. They make you feel welcomed and appreciated. They notify you (everyday) when there is going to be load shedding, even though they have back up. I had the best experience at Riverton Manor. Keep up the excellent service.
