Exceptional villa & grounds, clean well equipped & comfortable. Enormous pool which was cleaned every day. Beautiful quiet setting & location but close to excellent restaurants. Family run very friendly & helpful, every facility offered BBQ toy box /inflatables for pool, & super comfortable sun beds parasol tables.

Beautiful setting. The pool is very well maintained and huge! The garden is a complete sanctuary, very peaceful. You can just relax by the pool and be surrounded by the sounds of nature. Wonderful!! The location is well positioned for exploring. We especially enjoyed Orvieto and Pitigliano. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, answering any queries immediately. Highly recommended!

Lovely two bedroom apartment was larger than we expected. When we were unsure how to work the heating, the host came right over to help. This was a great location to visit thermal springs, Orvieto, Assisi, and Civita di Bagnoregio.

The property was lovely with a dishwasher and well appointed kitchen. The amenities checked in description included washing machine and I assumed that was on site; however, we were referred to in town for laundry.

Really impressed. Friendly helpful couple to deal with. The private pool is just huge, well designed, fenced off if needed, clean, deep at one end, with a springboard. It is the biggest pool from any rental I have used in the last 25 years. It wouldn't look out of place in a small hotel. Beautiful surroundings with large mature trees, stone BBQ. Lots of choice for loungers and seating and a lovely big sun umbrella. The apartment is up one flight of outside stairs, is large, clean and modern and the beds are really comfortable. Two large bathrooms, one ensuite. The kitchen has microwave and hob, kettle and toaster but no oven. The Aircon works well. There is a small supermarket within a few minutes drive for bread/milk etc. Orvieto is 10 minutes drive away along a winding road with great views. The owners live in an adjacent property and have three large friendly dogs who were well contained behind a gate, but they did bark a bit which could potentially be an issue for some. The WiFi worked ok but could be improved upon.

We were welcomed by Enrico with a basket of food and olive oil. The cottage had all the facilities you could wish for and a pool which was not far short of Olympic size and cleaned every day. We had a relaxing time in a pleasant location with plenty of local interest for visiting. I would positivly recommend this accommodation.

Amazing, quiet little villa in a great location. Perfect for my family of 5. The pool, foosball, and ping pong table made this relaxing travel weekend even better.

Lovely hosts, excellent appartment, pool maintained and cleaned daily, kitchen equipped in all utensils + salt, pepper, oil, balsamico, coffee and milk. It is evident that the hosts have guests comfort in mind. We loved it!

We liked everything!

We have been to many places , also in Italy, but this place is by far the best we have ever been to! Enrico and his wife did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. What a pleasure was it to be guests at the beautiful villa, with a huge pool (Enrico even turned on the lights inside the pool and we had a pleasant night swim), birds singing and beautiful green forest around the house. The attention to details is incredible and every little thing is thought of and designed perfectly and originally. Everything is new and shiny. Plenty of games for children. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need (including tasty olive oil and balsamic vinegar )... I have more to say, but you just need to come to this place to discover everything by yourselves. Thanks a lot to the wonderful hosts for sharing their amazing house and lifestile with us. It was paradise. You definitely need a car ( which we were allowed to park on the private parking inside the villa) to move around, and visit the charming Orvieto and other sites.
