a lot of cobwebs at entry on street front,on the verandah off lounge area and also on the outside of bedroom windows(so more of an outside maintenance issue)..also undercover parking area needs a good blower-vaccing out

The property was amazing and spacious. Very clean and comfy

1. I dont understand on why the bond requirement when the property has been prepaid for. And the invonvenience and costly to call Olinda property to get this done. 2. Heaters in the bedroom and the fireplace didnt work.

The apartment was spacious, clean, cosy & stylish Loved the view from the balcony. Highly recommended 😃

squeaky doors, lack of towel hanging space in bathrooms. Electric blankets on the beds would have been lovely. Automatic lights in the car park would have been useful and made us feel safer.

it was perfect for a family and close to everything you need! it was a perfect location, set out, space, service and we can’t wait to return!

I would be nitpicking at ridiculous things, honestly there is nothing we didn’t like! two king beds would have been nice? like it was amazing need we say more?! there’s even a rainbow wall in the afternoon from the sun!!!!!

Took a while to figure out what instructions meant on the location of keys.

We didn't realise there were so many stairs. Finding the front door to apartments took quite a while as we didn't realise entry was from the street not the carpark side. We walked up and down stairs several times and had to ask one of the shops for entry. Instructions could be clearer and they do need to highlight the stairs. We stayed for a family wedding and my elderly mother in law came to see us one day but could not come up due to stairs. First day we had issues with the tv and it needed to be switched off at wall to reset.

There was no breakfast.

Location was excellent - close to shops, eateries, things to do etc. Balcony was great to sit on, lots of space, privacy

The location and size of the apartment are fantastic. It suited our small family perfectly.

The floors seem to be bit dirty/sticky. Need a good mop/scrub... otherwise great place to stay. We'll be back.

Good location - close to most of the attractions. Secured garage parking, spacious kitchen and dining area. Easy contactless check-in and chech-out.

No oven mittens makes using the oven a bit tricky. Even though hair shampoo is provided I was surprised to find that neither shower gel nor body soap was available.
