The location was amazing, and the atmosphere fantastic. The view over the mountains was spectacular. The rooms clean and the beds comfortable.

I booked a deluxe double room for my wife and two children. The location is simply fabulous! The street is literally between the mountains! The house is located near the picturesque quarters of the old town. But at the same time, it is not so crowded and there was always a place to stop the car. There is a small restaurant with delicious food within a 10-15 minute walk. I will say something about the house: It is decorated with soul and style. The owner's taste was felt in all the interior details, so it is more comfortable here than in a typical hotel. The owner was very attentive and polite. At my request, a free air mattress was provided for the child. All his recommendations were professionally useful and clear. The room had a cozy balcony with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. You can use the kitchen in the common kitchen-living room.

Information about the number entered is INCORRECT! I I don't think that the owner did it deliberately, it is obviously the fault of Booking himself. When I was looking for this accommodation, I chose the option "own kitchen" and "air conditioner". And in fact, the kitchen is not your own, but SHARED WITH OTHER RESIDENTS! That is, preparing food here on your own is psychologically uncomfortable, because outsiders are constantly in the kitchen, eating, etc. There was no OWN air conditioner in the room either. It is only in the common hall-kitchen. So when the cars start driving in the morning, you won't be able to close the window :( That being said, I would recommend this place for a large group of adults. Therefore, request the administrators of the Booking service to correct this detail in the description!

The owner of the property is very friendly and extremely responsive! The property was boho style and has multiple terraces available to enjoy your morning coffee. The location has a wonderful view of the city and was about a 15 minute walk to downtown. We will be recommending this hotel to our family and friends when they visit!

Our host Adrian was amazing. He was very attentive to our needs. The place is beautifully decorated, fantastic view from the living room and very spacious.

The rooms we were originally given had small seize double beds. ( 1.40) And we ordered an extra bed for a third person in one of the rooms. But apparantly it was an air mattress on the floor. We didn't expect that. But Adrian solved the problem and thanks to him, we decided to stay 3 nights, instead of one or two. . There was too much light coming through the windows at night. Lack of washing machine.

The location, the house, the attention to details were all perfect!

Adrian is very accommodating with our request. We arrived early in the morning and he let us wait in the living room while they prepared the room for check out. We even slept there since we don’t have sleep from our flight. We love the room, the view, the decor. It’s a bit far from the center but you can take a bolt or uber or walk since the weather is good. Excellent place to stay and would love to be back there next time.

Excellent hotel with a chic and modern interior design. Everything you need for rest is thought out to the smallest detail. Free parking close to the hotel and fully equipped kitchen was a great bonus for choosing this hotel. I had a great stay at this hotel and it was absolutely perfect, especially the view from the rooms ;) Check-in with a flexible time schedule and location in the old town makes it a perfect holiday spot! Highly recommended.

Everything! Amazing decor and interior design. The bed is excellent and the entire room has a very private and intimate atmosphere. The view is amazing and the sublime way everything smells gives a very romantic vibe to the entire experience. Location is perfect, cleanliness exceptional and welcome is by far the best. I would return there every time I travel to Brasov. Everything is exactly as in the pictures.

This house has something magical. I found it by coincidence, saw parts of the interior from the outside and told myself, I'll come back here for a stay, just to find out about it all. Now i only stayed here for one night, but it was all perfect. The view - incredible panoramic view from the living room, but also from the bedrooms. The owner - uncomplicated and unbelievably helpful, caring owner, who tells you about the house, but also prepared a rich and delicious breakfast for me (and i was even asked which kind of egg i'd prefer) The facilities - everything seems to harmonise with light and is designed in a unique, stylish and functional design. The position - my favourite spot in Brasov is very close, nevertheless: walking upstairs/uphill shouldn't be a problem for you. BUT: You can come and go by taxi or park your car in front of the house or nearby. Parking is a big plus! Walking to the center takes you about 20 minutes, but there are interesting old-town-feeling-spots nearby, too (oldest Romanian school).

The location is superb, just at the bottom of the mountain, at the start of a forest trail that leads to the top of Poiana Brasov sky slope. One side of the building has mountain views and the other, overlooks the city.

Our room lacked a wardrobe. This was the smallest attic room, probably the other big rooms didn’t have this issue
