Cleanliness and house keeping services were very good.

The breakfast wasn't worth the money.

Staff was super friendly and everything was clean. They were all able to speak english. I got bread for breakfast :)

rooms are rather small, so it is fine for 1 person, but I guess too small for mor than 1.

Clean as always, a bit far from the station but the other APA hotels around Shin-Osaka are still closed to be used as quarantine sites. Once Shin-Osaka Ekimae reopens, absolutely stay there.

World’s slowest internet. the staff were unfortunately unable to fix it in their power, but the Internet was barely pulling more than 2mbps (250kb/s, barely enough to listen to music or load websites let alone something like Netflix.)

The hotel is close to Shin Osaka station, the building apparently is beautiful, the rooms are very clean, everything very organized, the cleaning service was very good and mineral water was provided daily.

Reception staff are too scared to get COVID-19, so the service is bad. In all the hotels I stayed in, from the simplest to the most luxurious, the service was always with a smile on their face and good communication in English, Spanish, Portuguese, etc. However, in this hotel the reception was with an air of fear, distrust, even though I was wearing a mask and alcohol gel, I wonder if the service is like that with Japanese citizens too or only with foreigners…
