the property is very well located and close to restaurants, clubs and local shops. The room is clean and fragrant. Bed linen and towels were changed almost every day of my stay. The owner is a very polite and helpful gentleman. The atmosphere is familiar and very quiet.

Place is super nice. Location is the best! It’s couple of mins walk to the Main Street with bars, clubs. 5-10 mins walk to the beach with the warmest water on the island. Also this beach is perfect to discover turtles. Supermarket spar is 10 mins walk from the villa. As we were in September, we didn’t use an AC, but it’s a good advantage for summer. We heard Friday evening music a bit, but it doesn’t bother at all!!! We slept very well. Flat has 2 floors, on the second floor are 3 beds with bathroom and wc, which we didn’t use. On the first floor is a room with kitchen and bed, also bathroom with wc and a balcony where we spent all our romantic evenings! There is a small tv also, but we didn’t use it. Overall flat is very nice. It’s old one, but in very very good condition. Kitchen is equipped by pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, kettle, small stove, fridge with small freezer. The owner (older person) is very nice, and he pays a lot of attention to villa. We saw him every day working and making something there, so you can feel that he makes everything with love and put himself in this. He always asked us if all is ok and if need anything. He has offered us cleaning, more shower gel and etc… They also provide transfer service from the airport There is a washing machine on the property, that you can use, but we didn’t, so not sure how this system works. I don’t want to put these things to disadvantages, but only suggestion for owners: Would be great to have some salt, oil, pepper to not buy it, it’s cheap, but would be great to have it. We didn’t find a normal knife, it would be great to have it. WiFi was slow sometimes, especially when the door to balcony was closed. The door to the bathroom was difficult to close, but it’s not a big problem. And I think instructions for cleaning/ washing machine will good to have in advance, as we didn’t understand how it works and if it costs something or not.

Villa Spiros is perfect to enjoy the Laganas life. It’s very close to the main road, but far enough to sleep well and have a quiet dinner on the balcony. You can reach clubs, the beach, restaurants, shops and markets in less than 5 minutes walking. You’ll find inside the apartment a very useful guide of the island. The apartments have air conditioning and Wi-Fi, and a small kitchen, great to cook simple meals when you don’t want to eat at restaurants. Moka for coffee is not provided, so I suggest to bring it from home or to buy Nescafé (powdered coffee). Sheets and towel are always available to be changed, and once a week someone comes to clean the house. Spiros family is very kind and completely available to satisfy your requests. The place is big, and it has everything you need, and for its price is very convenient.

The only critique I have is I honestly would have appreciated if some salt, oil, coffee, napkins and this kind of stuff were left in the kitchen the first day me and my friends came in. It’s a kind gesture and avoids the hosts to buy these necessities, that they’ll inevitably leave in the apartment after their stay.

Everything was perfect, Spiros' father even had the time to drive me to the airport, couldn't thank them enough! Will visit again!
