It was the best bed we've slept in for the entire Camino. The shower was spacious and hot, towels, shampoo, gel were all provided. There was plenty of space. It was truly luxurious at a reasonable price. There was no kitchen or laundry facilities.

The check-in procedure was quite difficult. Check-in was not until 3pm so we had to lug our stuff around until then - and even then it was delayed for some mix-up on their end. Just a tad frustrating and inconvenient.

Great location and quiet street. Relatively easy to check in and access. One room had a kettle and tea bags

Was rather soulless, sterile surroundings. Rooms are just part of an apartment complex. Our terrace door wasn’t working properly, we couldn’t lock it.

Good size room and bed. Good lighting and USB points. Clean and quiet. Good shower and lovely big towels.

Not so easy to access at first. Easier access instructions would be helpful.

The location was perfect. Loved the private terrace. Room and bathroom were spotless and large. We loved the facilities to make our own tea.

Exhaust fan in bathroom was so clogged it didn’t work and therefore everything in the bathroom got wet. The tap key system.

had a tough time trying to locate the actual location of the hotel as it does not have a proper signage.

Although the room is quite small, it was clean and had the facilities that one needed. There was no space for parking in the building but there’s some street parking available. The place is located close to the street of restaurants and easy to locate.

The balcony door was broken & got jammed, so we had some trouble opening it and then trying to close it. As we returned in the evening, we noticed that the radiator wouldn’t turn on and the room was extremely cold. The receptionist came to our room to try and fix it three times, which we appreciated but unfortunately it was not fixed. So the fourth time we called, he changed rooms. Unfortunately, it was to a smoking room. We didn’t know which was worse. We ended up staying in the smokers room but with great discomfort.

The huge bed was just so comfortable. Having a rain shower is always a plus in my book. The 7€ breakfast buffet had a vast range which I took advantage of.

Erm..... Honestly can't think of anything. If I must then I wish there was an English news channel on the TV.

the room was very clean , modern And Nice . In a great location for doing the Camino Santiago Muxia .

For such a Nice room the trash can in the wc should not have rust . Also the check in is totaly made on-line . For us this was great but i think the should inform once the reservation is made because it might be dificult for some people .

big bed and bath tub. The owner was very kind and as this is ‘no reception hotel’ you need to check in yourself but the owner came down whenever there was a question or a issue. There was a kettle , it was nice

I like to have sunlight in and keep the windows open but because my window was right on the street (1st floor on that street) I could not keep the curtains away. I could hear people talking literally right in front of the window etc.. was not so comfortable. other than that there was a hair on the bed.

Good room with a nice television and cute little balcony area.

We didn’t have towels in our room. Managed to get them ourselves from a cupboard in the common area. The locking system worked out fine for us, but could be tricky for other people. (if it wouldn’t work out with your phone etc)

The bed was amazing, very large and comfy. Overall the room was very nice. The kettle and the teas were a nice touch. The TV and internet were great.

Small annoyances, I thought I had booked a room with a bath but it apparently said bath/shower and I got a shower. Even if I was at the second floor I couldn't open the window blinds to the let the light in because it was street level for the back side road.

Very clean, easy check in, perfect for a short stay.

Very quiet, clean and comfortable room. Big bath tub and super comfy bed. una habitación limpia, cómoda y tranquila. una tina grande y cama muy confortable.
