Great location, quiet room, food was delicious, rich breakfast

Hotel would benefit from improving customer service approach and train staff to match 5-star level.

We had various problems with ventilation (sound and leaking), internet connection. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked and we were not provided with another room. We couldn’t reach any agreement with the hotel staff on spot either. To the honor of the hotel they later apologized and offered us a solution.

This is by far one of the best and nicest hotels we stayed in. Very lovely staff who is very much dedicated to the satisfaction of their guests. We were welcomed very warmly and stayed in a lovely room on the 2nd floor with its own balcony. The room is very good equipped and even offers lounge chairs and a coffee and tea station. Latter is refilled with a good selection of tea and coffee every day. Whenever we asked the staff for additional service, they were promptly fulfilling our wishes. Just as I would expect it for a 5 star hotel. The hotel offers a huge wellness area with two big swimming pools and a smaller whirlpool style pool. The wellness area is well equipped with relaxing loungers and they provide as much towels as one needs for their guests. Additionally there is a 90-100 degree sauna, an infrared sauna, a steaming room and a salt cave. We are not that easy to impress, I would say. However, I have never seen a hotel with such a huge and hygienical proper wellness area. The hotel even has a pool attendant who is supervising the wellness area during the opening hours (10 a.m - 10 p.m during weekdays and 9 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekends). The pool attendant is always available when needed and offers help whenever needed. Additionally the hotel offers a SPA with a wide range of body and facial treatments and massages. The hotel is very helpful in scheduling the SPA treatments. A plus is certainly also the gym, which offers high-quality sport equipment and is kept very clean. The gym is available 24/7. During our stay I used the gym regularly and it was never overcrowded. The breakfast was really one of a kind. A huge range of food offered for the guest as a buffet. Every day something new was offered. Like this we got never bored of the breakfast. They also offer additional egg varieties for breakfast. The restaurant is great! Try it! It's really worth a try. Very delicious food. I can highly recommend the beef tartar, all soups and the duck.

There was not much to complain about. For Poland it is a rather pricey hotel. That is for sure. However, it was worth the price and we would come back for sure. We barely relaxed in such a short period of time in another hotel. If you miss something, just tell the hotel. I feel like they are very much open to make sure you get what you need to enjoy your stay. We even prolonged our stay for one more night. I guess it speaks for the quality of the hotel. If we had one thing to mention, we think it is not necessary to charge extra money for additional egg breakfast options like Egg Benedict. For a 5 star hotel in this price range it should be included. However, that is a bit extra picky and it did not change at all our very good impression of this hotel.

The food, location, pool, spa, gym, room, everything!

We very much liked the wooden style of the hotel like „mountain chalet“ style. Everything was comfortable, of good quality, comfortable mattresses, spacious room, spacious bathroom with floor heating. The breakfast was just amazing, with broad choice and all tasty! The staff members were very nice, everywhere, always willing to help to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

The only uncomfortable part is the construction opposite. Very noisy from 7 am

This hotel ticked all the boxes with us, superb spa facilities and the bar and lounge are very ample and relaxing, billiard room a great plus. Room was spacious with everything we needed. Maybe it s just us but we think the restaurant could also do some traditional Polish dishes. A perfect stay and a perfect 10 from us.

Food is amazing, location is spectacular and staff outstanding. Worth the money.

all was perfection

Beautiful view, pool, excellent design, good quality materials... I can count many thing but one person impressed me. Waiter(Lukasz) who helped us during our dinner remembered my daughter's preferences from previous meal and he brought what she likes without asking. Such a small gesture is more remarkable than many other luxurious features in my view. Thank you Lukasz.
