Pool was reasonably secluded, good A/C, fully fitted kitchen. Easy walking distance to restaurants

The property was in a perfect location in Coral Bay and had everything you need inside the villa, including all british tv channels through a firestick. The host was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The villa inside was very clean and had lots of towels, pillows etc.
The pool was dirty on arrival, which meant not being able to use it for the first day, which wasn't great with children. We had to brush the outside area and clean the beds because it clearly hadn't been done before our arrival. We were told by the pool men that the gardener would come to clean up all the fallen leaves , etc, that were blowing into the pool, but nobody came in the 10 days we were there.

The location of the Villa is fabulous, with walking distance to the strip and other amenities.
The Villa itself is situated on a quiet and private small complex, it’s corner position is perfect.
we had a wonderful stay and Wahida was on hand to check in with any issues and to offer assistance if needed- but we did not need anything.
I would recommend and would stay again.

Overall we had a lovely time - the villa is in a great location for getting everywhere we wanted to go. Wahida was very proactive in messaging and making sure everything was ok during our stay.
A couple of things that could be improved:
1. Beds - they were very uncomfortable
2. Lighting - make sure that all light bulbs are working prior to arrival (we had to change one in one of the bedrooms and a couple are out in the lounge/dining room)
3. Dustiness/cleanliness - there is noticable dust settled in the ceiling lights in the lounge/dining room and a lot of the glasses were dirty in the cupboards so we had to clean everything before use
4. Overall decor - the interior (and garden furniture) is all quite dated and could do with some modernizing

. Please stay here .I can not recommend this villa enough. Everything you need within walking distance. The owner always asking if all is ok. Perfect for adults although children would love the private pool .

the mattresses were not comfortable, maybe foam ones like IKEA sell would be better as the springs were not good but we did find a solution in the end

Lovely clean south facing villa and pool with screening from cul-de-sac road. Shaded patio during afternoon. A torch is needed when walking to bars and restaurants.
Good communication with Wahida and Adelina and the lovely Isolde. It is always important to report any issues so that they can be resolved the next day and of course for subsequent guests.
We stayed for 3 weeks and enjoyed a lovely relaxing time.
Pictures of the villa are good but bushes are higher providing better screening from road.
Porch light bulb had blown making it extremely dark at front door. Previous guests could have reported the issue. It would have been resolved straight away.
Perhaps a regular maintenance inspection would assist keeping any issues to a minimum.

It was great having our private pool. There was plenty of room and the location was excellent. We didn’t have a car and could walk easily to Coral Bay Beach, with the restaurants on our doorstep (Feggari’s was one of our favourites), as well as Phillipos supermarket which was excellent.
Wahida was really helpful and responsive to any queries I had.
Would happily come and stay here again.
Possibly the beds could be upgraded.

Enough space; good location. Flexible communication with owners/staff. The problems are solved immediately. We stayed for 7 days and desided to extand the period to 13-14 days. It was easy!
Sunbeds are too old; full of web; not cleaned. Sunbed mattresses are torn. WC-s function need for update/upgrade.

all within a 5 minute walk or less.
Would book again.
