I fell ill while I was there and the staff took such good care of me! I can’t thank them enough for everything they did to help!

The pool was very well kept but a little covered by trees. Breakfast was amazing, the food overall was great. Room's were very spacious and clean.

It was a super cute hotel but with the friendliest staff, really felt looked after the whole stay. Room was nice had everything you needed. The pool was lovely with loads of seating options. Quick walk from popular bars and cafes. The staff were amazing, i was sick on my checkout day and they were so helpful with organising us a driver and some water for the trip to Uluwatu. They took care of us the whole stay. Definitely would recommend.

Beautiful accommodation! The staff were extremely lovely. We had one of our friends birthdays here and the staff were able to organise at request a floating breakfast, cake and flowers as a surprise for her. The rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable.

Everything was amazing - showers need a bit of maintenance.

Absolutely love Tapa Tepi! Pool room was fantastic, everything is clean and the staff are so wonderful. They put together a private pool party for our group with so much thought and detail. It’s so easy to walk or get a gojek to everywhere in Canguu. We will all be returning again soon.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very spacious room. Convenient location, all restaurants, shops and spas within walking distance. Pretty good breakfast too.

I thought the place was clean. Yes I agree the walls are a little thin, but it didn’t stop me from sleeping. The bathrooms are a little on the small side, but it was well kept and the water was hot. Plenty of toiletries if you don’t have your own. The offer laundry and I thought the breakfast was good too.

Amazing service and hospitable staff, massive room that’s nicely decorated, we were at the ground floor with direct pool access which is really great. The breakfast and the restaurant staff are fantastic. The place was peaceful and it is walking distance to La briza beach club and love anchor and other shopping stores.

the bathroom could have been bigger and well-lit. The water kettle requires replacement as it was old and I needed a reliable and clean one for my toddler.

Room was very clean and a good size. The pool was really nice with a good amount of sun each day. location was great, everything very easy to walk to.

Breakfast could have more options. But it was still very tasty.

The staff are so nice and helpful, always willing to Assist and greeting with a big smile. The place itself is really nice, the pool is perfect and they have enjoying day beds to lounge around. The breakfast was included and they had lots of options which were all delicious. Would absolutely stay again :)

A bit worn in places. Some bits and paint missing here and there. strange window on inner side of room to who knows where. Bathroom was super small and when opening door to go out one can barely fit through even being slim.

Facilities are okay, room are spacious, no doubt, balcony. Lots of space to store and hang clothes and things. Very close to the beach and most important places around Canggu.

Rooms supposed to be soundproof but they are not. It was the only reason why I booked the room. It's impossible to get a quality sleep in Canggu anymore. You can hear everything from outside and because of the location there are loud bike going all day all night. AC is not new, can feel and hear the wobbly sound. Pillows are bad. Breakfast is terrible. Bathroom tiny and no pressure in a main shower head. TV is there but there's nothing on it and quality is bad.

Quite central and a 10m walk to the beach. Comfortable rooms, even if there wasn’t an elevator to the top floor.

Can’t think of anything that’s a real issue. Small issues but resolved quickly by the friendly and helpful crew.
