Fantastic place! Big room, with fully equipped kitchen. Possibility for breakfast etc. and small bar inside building. Very comfortable beds. Available also sauna. Very good place for mountain trips.

A very nicely designed and maintained place located in a tranquil village. Even though it's close to the main road, there's very little traffic and thus minimal noise. The natural surroundings are really pretty and if you have your own wheels, many attractions in the Jeseniky mountains are easy to reach (e.g. Dolni Morava ~25 minutes, the chair-lift to Dlouhe Strane also ~25 minutes, Jesenik ~20 min). The house is tastefully renovated, our duplex room was spacious and clean. The play area for children in the breakfast room is a very nice touch, our daughter enjoyed it a lot. There's free parking and good wifi (important because mobile data network signal was quite unreliable). The room rate was really reasonable and good value for money (the value of the breakfast is a different story).

Though the website said English is spoken, the otherwise friendly lady who met us spoke only Czech. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay but the biggest improvement could be made regarding breakfast: it is available at extra cost but neither booking.com nor the accommodation communicates it clearly how much it actually costs (it was not itemized on the bill either). We ordered it for one morning anyway and in the end I calculated ~10 EUR per person, which is quite steep for the quality. There is adequate selection but some of the products (e.g. yoghurts, sausages) are budget supermarket items and the coffee is horrible, by far the worst we had in Czechia. Make no mistake, Penzion Sleglov is a nice place to stay and if the above points are addressed, it will easily deserve 10 points.
