Nous avons passé un super séjour au sein du Riad Dar Tresor. L´accueil fut très chaleureux, la chambre était magnifique, très confortable et propre et les repas délicieux (mention spéciale aux petits-déjeuners sur la terrasse, un bonheur !). Le Riad était également idéalement situé, dans une zone calme de la médina et facilement accessible. Merci tout particulièrement à Sofiane et Redouane pour leur gentillesse et leur générosité !

It was a very nice stay at Dar Fes Tresor. Friendly coworkers and the manager Amin. I highly recommend the Hotel. The location was perfect. Soufiane was the best guide and helped us a lot during the stay.

The room was big and the beds comfortable. Location is at the border of the medina where taxis can bring you to the door.

The manager was a bit pushy in selling tours. The restaurant was closed for dinner the first night although i agreed to have dinner there. The other night we ordered two dishes with chicken; one was very nice with enough chicken in it, the other one was bones and fat only. My son had stomache problems afterwards (but that can be from something else). When we were there it was low season, we were the only guests. Taxi arranged by them relatively expensive.

The hosts were extremely nice and helpful. We had a large comfortable room. The food was delicious and eating on the roof terrace was very pleasant.

Like most buildings in the old quarter there was some smell in the bathroom.

Amazing staff! Soufian helped us settle in on arrival. Took the time to explain the city, medina, do’s and don’ts and was very welcoming. Also Redouan was very nice to us. They helped us decide with planning, taxi’s, transport and setting up the room. Breakfast and dinner are both very tasteful and enjoyable. Compliments to the kitchen. Location is fine to reach by car since it is in the Medina of Fes which is officially not accessible by car. It does take 15+ minutes to walk to the centre of the Medina but no lugging around with your suitcases. Rooms are clean and big enough to accommodate more than 2 people. Love the colour schemes of each room. We would fully recommend this hotel with their staff.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Soufiane who welcomed us with Moroccan tea. Youseff contacted us before arriving at the Riad to coordinate our arrival. The food and breakfast on the terrace was excellent like homemade. Soufiane helped us coordinate the visit to the city with a tourist guide since we had little time to see all of Fez. He was very friendly and polite, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Our experience in this Riad was really good, everyone made us feel as home!.

Amin treats us very well and super friendly. if you want some local tour, he can arrange for you. the family have good serving and food quality is one of the best we have in Morocco.

The position just at the outskirts of the medina. The very good restaurant on top of the Dar and the staff was very helpful in everything (explanations of the medina, tours, boarding print, etc).

Our room door and windows where located to the small inside patio and even if the staff checked that there are non disturbing sounds/persons talking the place happen to be not that silent. We stayed for 3 nights and the room was not cleaned once, unfortunately due to a lost reserve key.

Everything was wonderful. It was a beautiful space, the welcome was lovely, the breakfasts delicious and the service exceptional. We had a fabulous time.

The bathroom was not super clean when arriving, you could see toothpaste stains not cleaned from prior guests.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dar Fes Tresor. The location is great, just outside the medina so it is not a problem to find it or even reach it by car. The room was big and comfortable, the internet connection stable, the food in their restaurant delicious, and the view from the terraces beautiful. The staff was amazing, they helped us a lot, especially when it comes to finding and booking day trips outside Fes. They even prepared an early breakfast for us before leaving for Chefchaouen. Thanks once more for your hospitality.

This is an amazing place to stay. You are made to feel like part of the family. Nothing is a problem. The Dar is beautiful. And meals on the roof top were superb. Thank you so much.

Phenomenal customer service and help. Excellent breakfast, excellent location to go anywhere outside medina. Calm nights without noise and 10 min walk to blue gate.

If you want to go to andaulus side of medina , get a tour guide. Taufeeq was excellent and recommended by Dar staff. Medina itself is huge, and sometimes it's ok to be lost but people help you along the way if you don't have a tour guide.
