Haus in authentischer Umgebung.
Sehr geräumig. Schöner Innenhof.

Vollausstattung außer Geschirrspüler.
Parken vor der Haustür.
Restaurants und Geschäfte fußläufig zu erreichen.
Für Radurlaub sehr gut geeignet.
Straße vor dem Haus ab 4 Uhr morgens gut zu hören.

Casa espaciosa y limpia, con una terraza exterior muy agradable para jugar al ping pong, cenar y disfrutar juegos de mesa. Se necesita coche (pero siempre es necesario), pero está muy bien comunicado

La casa es muy amplia, el anfitrion estuvo super atento tanto por whatsapp como por llamadas de telefono. Nos dejó toallas de sobra tanto para la playa como para la ducha. La cocina está totalmente equipada. La terraza al lado de la cocina es un puntazo para poder comer o cenar fuera. En general la casa es muy comoda y acogedora.
Había bastantes cucarachas en el patio e incluso una se metió dentro de casa. Por otra parte, la carretera esta al lado de la casa y hay bastante trafico, pero nada que no te deje descansar.

Our one week stay in Casa Toni e Inma was amazing. The host was very helpful, he contacted me almost every day to check if we need anything. The check in and out were very easy, the house was perfectly clean and has everything that we needed. There is always a parking spot near the house (most of the times directly in front of it). The house has 3 toilets( two of them with bathroom). The beds are very comfortable, and there is no outside noise. I definitely recommend the place, if we come again to Gran Canaria, we will definitely stay there.

Excellent accommodation. Very spacious villa, owner attentive to details, very well equipped kitchen. I did not understand the malicious comments. The villa is perfect, the owner Toni very attentive and available to the needs of tourists. Good area with shops, restaurants. With all my heart 10 plus. Thank you Toni. I hope to see you again.

The house was spotlessly clean and had a relaxing, welcoming vibe. Toni was amazing, very accommodating with our needs, checked a couple of times whether we are enjoying the holiday and if everything was satisfactory. Toni was very happy to provide suggestions about tourist attractions and routes less commonly explored. The house was conveniently located next to a shopping centre, restaurants and very easy to get to any location or beach as the motorway was close by. We also appreciated there were beach umbrellas and chairs which we could use at the beach so there was no need to buy or rent. Finally, I would like to mention that Toni very kindly allowed us to check out late during our last day which was an added bonus. We had a fantastic holiday and I would definitely recommend Toni's property.

Lovely, roomy, modern house in a quiet neighbourhood on the edge of town. Really clean and very comfortable, well equipped, host friendly and easy to contact. The bottle of wine was appreciated! Some great places for breakfast and a few bars and restaurants within walking distance. Easy to drive anywhere. Very good value for money! There were just two of us but the house could easily accommodate six or seven.
Nothing really, the place was great and the stay was super smooth. Some oil and salt in the kitchen and detergent for the washing machine (there were lots of cleaning products, just nothing for the washer) would have been lovely, but I realise that this is a bit picky and these things are not advertised.
