The staff bring drinking water to the room for 3000 tzs whats around 1.5 usd . to brush theeth?

We liked nothing. We did not have breakfast as this was not ready at 7.15 am when we came down although told Breakfast time from 6am , had to leave for airport. Room had dead cockroaches and broken shower, no hot water. Have taken photos for proof. Staff demanded payment for room when I had already paid. Issues about transfers and we ended up paying 20 Dollars to driver as would not let us go. His vehicle was in very poor condition as it was.

We did not enjoy or like anything as the room 111 had dead cockroaches and masquitos. Broken shower. No hot water. Toilet and wash basin leaking. On arrival Sarah was asking for payment when I already had paid online. Breakfast times 6 am onwards when we arrived at 7.15 am no food was ready and had to leave without as had flight to catch. Transfer car dirty and in poor condition and I ended up paying 20 dollars as driver would not let us go at airport. Hotel advertised in Booking.com was not in reality. Most horrible hotel .

No toilet paper, still waiting for it to be delivered. Bathroom flooded with water after shower. Breakfast very basic, no milk for tea or coffee. Taxi took about forty minutes to reach hotel, even if you can actually see it from airport. Took many back streets, apparently busy with new roads

Big bed and good air conditioning. Friendly staff who collected me from the airport in the middle of the night. thank you. there was also a very nice breakfast included.

There wasn't much to like.

The staff was rude and they hardly spoke any English. Lights kept going on and off throughout the day. They claim to accept visa payments but they insisted on only cash payments. The breakfast was very bad. The restaurant staff was rude, most of the items on their menu were unavailable. Food took more than one hour to be prepared and it wasn't palatable. The bathroom in our room wasn't clean and there was dirt all over. I would not to recommend this hotel to anyone. A very bad experience.

Well the breakfast was good and enough for us, and it was enough. We got the transfer also to the airport free so was okay

I paid different from what booking says to pay , also staff member talking with the clients like not so interested and seating meanwhile guest are there and need assistance They should improve cause the reception is the first impression for the guest, if you acting not so good that means guest will feel uncomfortable.

The place is really comfortable and literally 5 minutes from the airport. I was impressed with the size of rooms
