Need some cooking utensils. Nothing there to cook bbq or any meals

The view was amazing. Linen & towels excellent and tv and wifi worked perfectly.

A few facilities weren’t working but the staff were responsive to this even on a weekend.

Well equipped nice clean property, we had a small issue with a tap and they were straight around to sort it out. And dropped off a nice bottle of wine for the inconvenience, which was zero.

Perfect location, Perfect facilities, Warm and comfy.

No spa or bath

由于英语不太好，感觉入住手续比较麻烦。

Stunning lake and mountain view , great location , nice house , clean warm and welcoming, convinient to go to ski, shops and resturants , comfortable beds etc etc

Sometimes hot water runs out for the last persons if the eight of us take shower consecutively . I suggest an upgrade to an instant heating-up hot water system.

The view was beautiful.

dinning area was too crowded. We were a family of 6 adults and a 3 yrs old and were provided with only 7 dinner plates. There were no oven tray provided. We had to call the staff to get the tray. It would be nice to have some games and toys for kids and some movies for family to watch.

Good location, great for our group of 8 with 4 rooms and 3 baths, clean, easy to communicate with the property manager as the kettle broke down during our stay and it got fix quickly!

It would be good if the kitchen could be stocked with basic pantry stuffs like cooking oil, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, aluminium foil/cooking paper for oven, kitchen paper towel to clean up any mess
