Ruim, rustig, volledig uitgerust, goede bedden. Mullerthal 20 tot 25 minuten rijden.

Die Ferienwohnung mit toller Terrasse war sehr schön. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und würden die Wohnung bestimmt nochmal buchen. Die Lage war super und man hätte wunderschöne Wanderungen machen können, aber das Wetter hat leider nicht mitgespielt. Aber da kann man halt nichts machen. Wir haben es uns trotzdem schön gemacht

Location would have been perfect. However, since the disaster of the horrible flooding, the detours into Trier were a bit difficult and the train was also not running, due to track damage. That is not the fault of the owner. The apartment was comfortable, had a beautiful garden and beds were comfortable. We left a portable fan with them, as we no longer needed it (and couldn't take it on the plane with us). They were a bit suspicious that we would leave it there; but the apartment needed a fan; so, I thought they might be happy. This would be a wonderful spot, once all the town amenities are back!!

Upon arrival, I asked about the washer, as the Booking description had it in the kitchen and we had laundry that needed to be done. It was actually in a laundry room, which is great. However, we were told we could not use it as the owner's daughter had her clothes washing. We were never shown the laundry room UNTIL THE DAY WE WERE LEAVING THE PROPERTY! It was a great facility, We just couldn't use it! Also, the owners came running as we were leaving to quickly enter the apartment and check to be sure nothing had been taken or damaged! We felt very uncomfortable. I am of German descent and have never been treated like that before (and my parents were German!) I'm not sure what they thought we would do to their place. There is also a mention of a grill *BBQ* which we did not see.

Very clean and quiet, big tv, comfortable bed and couch, good wifi, easy parking at the front, spacious and modern. Iris and her parents gave us a warm welcome and were very helpful, we arrived on a Sunday when shops were closed so they bought us milk and biscuits from their home, the day before departure they came to wish us a safe journey and bought us a lovely bottle of wine, I highly recommend this apartment.
