The information about the equipment of the apartment stated, among other things: kitchenette, dining room and dining table, outdoor furniture and dining area. In fact, there was no table and not a single chair inside the apartment! There was a table with two chairs outside in front of the apartment, but it couldn't be used for eating. The owners have 5 ill-mannered cats that immediately run around and harass you. They jump on chairs and on the table. We were forced to eat on the bed inside the apartment. But what bothered us the most was the lack of privacy. The ground floor apartment with a view of the road and the sea was completely glazed. It didn't have day curtains, so everyone who walked by on the road or to the beach, or sat at the tables in front of the apartment (as the owner all day) looked straight into our bed. There were only night curtains, so after they were closed it was necessary to keep the lights on during the day...

Nice and quiet location. Apartments are located 20 meters from the beach. Very clean place. Helpful and hospitable owners. No problem with free parking on the road in front of the apartments.

Synthetic bed linen or some other strange material. Clima not working, Slow internet. Pretty small for a family of 4. Small bathroom.

The rooms are really nice and comfortable, very clean. You cand find there everything you need, including a Nesspreso machine. Hosts are very friendly and helpfull. The beach in front of the house is rocky, but the water is very nice, with sand and shallow, good for kids

I spent three nights at Anastasia and Konstantinos Apartments and had the most wonderful time. I was looking for a quiet place right by the water to relax and really do nothing for two days and I got not only that but the nicest hosts with it! The room was clean and comfortable. I even got to try some of Anastasias homemade orange Marmelade (it was delicious!!). The bathroom is on the smaller side, but everything you need is there and that was important. The beach and the terrace are paradise -like. The water is clean and warm. And most importantly Anastasia and Konstantinos are there to help with whatever you need without ever being intruding. If you want, by the end of your stay, you will feel like family, and if you want your peace and quiet you can have just that. I hope I will have a chance to come back!

Loved our hosts, they were very welcoming and polite. Iria is a small village consisting of about 470 people living in off season, which triples in months of Jun, July and August. Nearest market and restaurants in off season are about 2.5-3.2km away from the apartement. There is a private beach right in front of the property with sunbeds, chairs, tables and sunshades provided for comfort. The beach itself is a mix of sand and rocks with crystal clear water. The view of the sea and nearing islands is breath-taking. The rooms are comfortable, bed is soft like a cloud :) Very clean, appreciate the white sheets and towels ( so you can actually see how clean they are). During our stay we had cleaning lady come in twice ( when it was convenient for us) to clean the room and change bedding and towels. It is a really good spot to relax, off season, the beach is yours... I would recommend this place with a full 5* review.

The only thing that I can say was "not liked" by my husdband is the fact that bed was a bit too soft and on the smaller side. I loved the bed, and didnt mind the small size since it was our honeymoon :)

Wonderful place. Apartment very clean. Not too big but comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. Very close to the beach. Sun loungers and tables on the beach. The hosts nice and helpful.
