It’s clean and spacious

No basic hotel room facilities such as Coffee/tea. The electric kettle is filled with moulds, not clean. It’s right 100 meters to train rack thereby constant noise from train..can’t sleep due to locomotive(train)noise. The WiFi service is appalling-struggled the whole time to connect. A day to our last day there, it went off till the following day we checked out.

Breakfast, room heating

No elevator. So heavy baggage not recommended. Shower to be repaired for leak and glass door needs repair. Intercom to be fixed.

The beds were super comfy, slept very well.

* Even though I said to the staff 3 times that the room was cold, they did not heat the room enough and the heating was off in the afternoon - and that in the beginning of November with 10 degrees outside :( * no chair in the room to sit and work at the table

The night receptionist was very helpful. I had to book a stay in this hotel at short notice after being let down by my tour operator. The staff welcomed me and were very helpful to resolve my issues. The breakfast was excellent

Staff is great & receptionist girl is very kind & helpful , but no lift facilities in the hotel. Delicious breakfast aswel. Nice & very near to airport .. Thanks

No lift facilities ..and should be young guy to carry the luggagers

they make very limited breakfast and its finished we asked for 4 omellette as we are 4 in family .so the lady who is making breakfast making faces may be she is alone in kitchen thats why .breakfast option was less ,cheese ,boil egg,cheese, boil tomato, omellette,1 bread, sausages es .even they are not offering water, coffee tea in room. we have to keep our dishes in sink by our own .there no one to carry. front office lady was good i will not suggest anyone to stay in same hotel
