Very good Breakfast, friendly staff and helpfull

my bed are very noisy, bad room very dark, shower doors hard to move and leaking

5 min walk from train station. Wonderful hotel owner with amazing breakfast

Breakfast was great, classic German breakfast buffet, good quality (and oh, those rolls! that's hearty stuff). They also offer (included in breakfast rate) snacks and to-go bags for you to take a small lunch with you for the day. Very helpful folks... Close by are some nice parks for a stroll...

In hotel was smelling cigaretts, old smell in hotel. Staff didn't speak english. Breakfest was not good. Pillows was horible with old balls inside, fluffy.

The staff were very welcoming and professional. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was excellent. We arrived very late with our children and it was a smooth check in process.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had many amenities like a water kettle and a soda stream machine. Bathroom was large too. Included breakfast was also very good.

I normally don’t write reviews, but Hotel Kaiserhof really went out of their way to assist me. I had laundry that needed to be done and they washed my clothes for free using their own machines, and then delivered my laundry to my room, which is outstanding.

My shower head did have an annoying little leak which sprayed some water out of the shower. But other than that the room was flawless.

The only bad thing was the lack of a real blanket, i'm 6'3 and i had only a child sized one .. But on all the other points it was perfect. Thanks especially to the maintenance guy frot UK, very kind.

You can tell that this host loves what she does! I felt so welcome from the moment i arrived and there is so much attention to detail, from the nice interior in the rooms, the beautiful breakfast buffet to the fact that there is a selection of snacks and drinks that you can help yourself to if you arrive late and don’t want to go out to eat. My little dog was equally welcome and even allowed to come with me to breakfast so i did not have to leave her alone on the room. I immediately booked for my next trip, this place has it all!
