There was a blackout in the area, but the staff didn't even bother to provide my family a generator! My family has a 3yo kid with them, imagine the inconvience, discomfort,hassle and sleepless night they experienced! All I've got was a mere apologies??? Not even a refund or a compensation at least!

The villa was spacious enough for 7 guests, fully equipped and very homey. Staff was very responsive and helpful. Location was quiet and safe. Plenty of parking and secured. Perfect accommodation to explore Bacolod and entire Negros.

Shower was a bit small doesn’t have a shower door/curtain.

It is a bit pricey because the guests are counted per stay. It could have been just the price for the entire house as there are 3 rooms. And, I was thinking that breakfast are cooked in a separate kitchen or a restaurant apart from the villa we stayed at. It’s actually weird waking up to someone cooking in the kitchen.
