Room size was good and the staff at breakfast restaurant were very helpful.

No Internet service in the last two days. Receptionist female lady wasn't of any help.

Good quality breakfast, there were towels and a bar of soap in the shower. Working but old and dying air conditioner.

The receptionist seemed not at all friendly to me, and did not return my 4 dx change just waving his hand at it. There were cockroaches and ants in the room.

Loud music was played from before 10 pm to about 1 pm. No exhaust fan in toilet. One towel for 4 guests, had to ask staff for more. When towels were provided, they were not totally dry. Exchange rate was ridiculous.

This is more like a pension. The pillow sheet was disgusting I had to use my own t-shirt to make has a pillow. The bathroom of the room was not clean.... was full of hairs of other people. The shower and the mirror we're not clean for long long time. The fridge on the room was not clean for ages. Disgusting! The lady of the reception was trying to ask me for more 35MAD then what actually was! I saw the price in € and her conversation was not correct. I ended up paying the price I should and not the price she was giving me.

Good location in city centre, walking distance from all sights. Good breakfast.

Staff not honoured price from booking.com, forced to overpay on site. Reception area was like Amazon storage. Our room was downgraded and not even communicated. Sockets coming out of the wall, TV not working, flies everywhere.
