Very spacious and bright.
Bathroom tap and toilet water keep running.cant stop and at night very noisy.

Ruim, goed gelegen prettig en compleet appartement. Keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Zowel wasmachine (voor als je met schone was terug huiswaarts wilt keren...) als vaatwasser, oven en magnetron zijn aanwezig. Heel centraal gelegen. Supermarktjes en (afhaal) restaurants zeer nabij. De iconische tram 28 komt door deze straat. De eigenaar die ons 's-nachts (late vlucht) welkom heette is een bijzonder vriendelijke en attente kerel.
Tip: neem een paar Nespresso cups mee voor de eerste ochtend.

Het appartement is heel ruim, grote keuken. Ook twee hele ruime slaapkamers met ieder een eigen badkamer en wc. Tevens is er ook nog een aparte wc.

The property was fantastic. Excellent location and really comfortable beds.
The wifi didn’t work, the couch was disgustingly stained and the communication with admin was terrible.

poor window coverage in the bedroom as blinds were broken in one and no blind/curtain in the other. could not use small toilet as extractor fan was broken so it made a disturbing noise however two other bathrooms so not too bad just inconvenience as we were 6 people.

Excelent location. Walking distance to several restaurants and attractions. Great kitchen.
Some of the appartment lights were flikering or not working (in the WC). It's an easy fix.

Great central location but still very quiet. Immaculately clean. Massive - much bigger than pictures suggest. Comfortable beds and 2 1/2 bathrooms kept 3 teenage daughters happy. Very easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go. Our host was very helpful and suggested places for us to visit and to eat. Tram stop is right outside.

Great location. The apt is even better in person. Huge apartment. Bright. Stunning! Easy check out. Great air con.
It's on a main road. It did not bother me but if you are sensitive to noise.

- Difficult parking nearby despite being August which is generally easier
- No way to avoid sunlight getting into the rooms since dawn.
- Access to the apartment is inappropriate for people with mobility issues (2 large staircases to access).
- Wifi was rather slow speed.

Location is perfect, apartment was great. Very spacious.
Slight sewage odour in bathrooms, must keep door closed to avoid spreading smell. Not a big problem.

The apartment was spacious, very well located and decorated. We will definitely be back and we would highly recommend this apartment as we had an amazing stay.

Location is great, 28 tram stops virtually at the door.
Apartment is as good as pictures show,ie very good indeed.
We were met by Bernardo from the management company, who showed us round and left us the keys, he was great. The management company dealt with all my emails promptly and were excellent
some noise from upstairs flat.

Booking has ranked this apartment among those with a parking space. In fact, the problem with parking was really big. They told us that we could park in the street next door, but we were fined for not being able to stand there.
