Excellent location, food places and groceries nearby, prayer hall right at the building downstairs, swimming pool - clean water and nice ambience, kids friendly , good view from room which was in block B, nice track for jogging or cycling 🚲, basic cooking stuffs and dining materials were provided, Air-conditioning was good. Water purifier was the best with cold and hot water option. The owner was responsive and available in whatsapp for quick advices.

Booked at booking.com that allowed to pay onsite. Planned to pay MYR cash onsite to the owner. But received call from owner to ensure payments thru cash deposit machine at KLIA which was little troublesome at airport carrying baggage and family. Doesn't have WiFi in the room, no quick option to avail that too from any service provider.
