Spacious, clean, the staffs are absolutely friendly and helpful!
Next door is coffee shop, convenient store just few steps away.

El alojamiento cumplió sus expectativas. Bien ubicado, habitaciones modernas. La ducha tenía presión y el agua estaba caliente, algo poco común en Filipinas. Totalmente recomendable, nos gustó.
A destacar muy positivamente: hicimos una reserva errónea con descuento de un colaborador (no reembolsable) y el hotel nos canceló sin problema la reserva y la pudimos rehacer. Se agradece la ambilidad.
No teníamos toallas, las tuvimos que pedir. Nos las trajeron sin problema. Pero no entendí porque no pusieron las toallas desde un principio. Tuvimos que esperar unos 10-15 minutos a que llegasen. Por lo demás, nada más.

Almost everything. The room smells nice. The bathroom is clean, the bed is neat. The aircon is so cold (of course we like it cold), the tv even though no netflix(though we did not ask) is also nice since we can watch lots of movies from different channel. The staffs is also nice, they always smile ü highly recommended and will like to go back again ❣️

La habitación estuvo muy bien de tamaño y la cama, cómoda. El personal fue muy amable y nos ayudó en todo momento. Está bien situado en Makati, cerca de GreenBelt Mall y de varios restaurantes. Nosotros nos quedamos al principio de nuestro viaje a Filipinas y estuvimos a gusto.

The beds and bathroom are clean, the location is right along Poblacion, and the entire hotel has a gen z vibe. The bar also offers a great view.
I barely slept because of the noise from the construction near the hotel, all the cars passing by, and the parties near the area. I also didnt like how slippers weren't available

restaurant on level 13 was overpriced for the serving sizes. I ordered a burger and they gave me barely any fries. i complained then and there and nothing was done about. Wouldnt recommend eating at the restaurant on level 13

The room was spacious and good with high ceiling and the lobby was nice.
My room had 6 cockroaches on the 1st night.
I asked for iron, but it had a burnt soleplate and stuck to my shirt ruining it.
The check in was rather long having to sit and wait and be forgotten about for a long time.

I always appreciate the staff when I stay here. they will last accommodate your needs to the best of their abilities..

I really enjoyed the location of the place, and the staff was incredibly kind. The lobby floor was also great with a fun and comfortable area to play games and relax

privacy in a mixed dorm unit (mixed male and female) is really not that good for me. The curtain can only cover half of your bed (probably for ventilation purposes). At least they should've put a curtain that can fully cover your bed so you could peacefully get to sleep and less bothered by other people in the room

Clean and comfortable room, nice hotel overall
Shower was not hot. We know this is quite typical in the Philippines but for a large hotel in the capital we expected a hot shower :)
