Location

The bathroom wall and ceiling had black mold all over. The curtains were not dark panels so a significant amount of light would come through both during night(from street light) and day. Moreover, it seemed like the curtains were never cleaned, just moving them slightly released massive amounts of dust. The corridor smelled very bad of cigarettes. The bed spread had stains, the towels were pale yellow and stained. The AC would throw ice crystals along with the air. Worst of all, there was construction work going on throughout the day and even past 9pm. I had to go to reception and ask them twice to stop it because their 1st response was 'yes, work is in progress'. For bottled water, they charge 3x more than the store just outside the hotel, I found this ridiculous and absurd. A Rs.20 bisleri, they ask Rs.60 and it won't even be cold.

Room was excellent. Washroom was clean and accessible. Location was excellent

Room had two beds. One bed had fan and air conditioner on its side. But other side had no fan nor air conditioner.

Not like what I expected and not value for money
