40 minutes of walk to the old town 30 minutes of walk to the marine free parking under the apartment house parking lot doesn't belong to apartment house but it is good possibility for leaving a car. The apartment is located in an apartment building, where several different companies are located, and the some floors of apartment building is inhabited by civilians as well. The host does not communicate in English, but we communicated in a simple way and check-in and check-out went without any major problems. The room is comfortable, clean, modern. The TV offers many channels, English can also be selected.

Bedroom was very well equiped and very good in terms of confort. House keeper is very welcoming and very friendly.

There is no Breakfast. The house keeper leaves in the room 2 croissoants, 2 plum cakes, some toasts, and coffe when she comes for cleaning. Location was not excellent (20 min away from port by foot).

Great location to connect by train to Cinque Terre, only a 10 minute walk to the station. Modern rooms and fab bathrooms. There is no hair dryer or tea/coffee making facilities in the room, which would have been a bonus, but had our own, so no big deal.

Did request one gluten free meal, but it wasn’t provided.

The room looks nice and it’s very comfortable. The host is very nice. the apartament is situated near to the train station and about 30 min. walk to the city center.

Easy free public parking in front of the entrance. Nicely renovated room with private bathroom. The owner was kind and did our room very thoughtfully.

The building is a little hard to find at first. Unfortunately the owner only speaks Italian so we couldn’t have a nice conversation and it was a bit hard to understand each other sometimes or to know exactly how to use the facilities. But in the end, all went well.

The host was extremely lovely she went out of her way to help us. She always provided breakfast which was good. Our room was spacious

We only speak English and was little hard to understand the host as she did not speak English.

It was advertised as La Spezia of the 5 terres but it was down town in the city of La Spezia....Which is also the region or state. Never stayed in the place as I kept going to Monterosso al mare in 5 Terre national park...
