Breakfast was as stated and ok Location was ok The owners stayed in the background, but there to answer questions Excellent value for money paid

Nothing to dislike

Teresa & Vince are very welcoming. Comfy bed. Little touches like coffee/tea/biscuits in the bedroom. Peace & quiet. Close to East beach and local walks. 20min drive to Bognor Regis. Continental breakfast has lots of choices like fruit, yoghurt, ham, cheese. Even provided as with soya milk as hubby & I preferred it than dairy one. Free parking. Good value for money.

Shared bathroom but this was already expected hence the cheaper rate. If you want to have access to the pool, don't book your stay between Sept30-May as it's closed.

Everything was great. Loved the colour scheme in room. Very comfortable bed. Hosts were very friendly.

Lovely place, friendly people and location walking distance to beach and restaurants, can't speak highly enough.

Wish we'd stayed longer

Theresa and Vince are so welcoming, kind and helpful. The beds were comfortable and a fan available for warmer nights. Swimming towels also available which was a bonus. We spent hours in the pool and the garden was a delight of colour and flowers. Thank you so much for an amazing stay. We will be back. (The 3 T’s)
