Romantico, privato 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni di casa su 5 ettari con mobili nuovi. Il nostro "gioiello della Florida" è stato completamente rinnovato e può ospitare comodamente 7 persone. L'open space permette alla cucina, al soggiorno e alla sala da pranzo di essere una comoda "grande sala" per il tempo della famiglia. C'è un grande schermo TV nel soggiorno.
WIFI gratuito è fornito, con accesso TV via cavo.
Un lanai schermato con una piscina riscaldata, grill e sedie a sdraio sono adiacenti al soggiorno attraverso le porte francesi sul lato nord della casa. Il bellissimo, ampio cortile è circondato da alberi sui lati ovest, nord e est per fornire una meravigliosa privacy intorno alla piscina.
Di fronte al lanai è la veranda sul lato sud della casa. È un luogo perfetto per godersi l'alba con il caffè del mattino. Ha una propria unità A / C per garantire comfort (poiché è circondata da finestre di vetro su tre lati).

Pool was amazing. Property is close to all activities. Check in and out was super easy. Plenty of space for a family of 10.

We stayed 4 nights for a scalloping weekend. House is clean and very comfortable and the hosts are very accommodating.
15 minutes drive to the Plantation marina and less than 10 minutes to Homosassa marina. Restaurants and Publix are really close so the location is great too.
We had 7 people and were all very comfortable.
The pool is well kept as is everything. The BBQ works great too.
All in all, a great place and when we come to the area again, we plan to return.

The house was back in a wooded neighborhood. Not really in sight of many other homes. Quiet. Clean. Roomy. Had games to play. Pool was such a blessing to just chill in whenever. About as centrally located as we could get to all the places we wanted to go. (Scuba diving/snorkeling, paddleboard & Clearwater aquarium)

We had an awsome week. The house was clean, comfortable, very well supplied, and convenient to area attractions. The pool was an added bonus and used many, many times. We enjoyed the area attractions and restaurants, but also quiet times doing puzzles and playing in the yard. We would love to have a return visit😊

It was a nice stay. Description was accurate. Kids really enjoyed pool. It was a short drive to Florida Cracker Monkey Bar and many other local hot spots. We felt the house could have been a little cleaner since we pay a cleaning fee but overall it was nice. Ladies seem to notice overlooked areas more than others. There were a lot of extra towels, beach toys, floats etc. Kitchen was fully stocked with whatever we needed

We stayed at Mom's Manatee House for 2 months this winter. The house is spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to have a place to themselves or gather together as a family. Everything we needed was provided. The heated pool was a wonderful plus! Any issues we encountered during our stay were handled quickly and efficiently. We would definitely stay again!

This is the third year we've stayed at this house. From the first time we stepped in the door, it felt like home and still does! We love the quiet and privacy of the neighborhood, and being close to most anything we want or need. Big thanks to the owners and manager for keeping us posted on the condition of the area after Idalia!! Vacation came off without a hitch! And the family was unanimous... we want to return next year!

Nice country setting with lots of room for the 11 of us. We had a great time and made so many family memories. They had all the amenities we needed. Loved the pool. Scalloping wasn’t that great but the springs were awesome. Kids played in the springs and we came back and enjoyed the pool. Thanks for letting us stay at your home.

My family and I had a Great Stay at the Hideaway in Homosassa, Florida. The accomodations were Perfect! Everything was Great, Clean, Well taken care of! Anything you could need was there! I brought my own Blow Dryer but there was one there! Games were abundant for the Grandchildren, the pool was a hit! Will definately visit again! The Owner and Caretaker were on Spot! You definately need to see this Jewel of a Home!

Centrally located to several great day adventures. Air conditioning was noted to not be working on Thursday after arriving Wednesday night. Was fixed after our departure the following Wednesday. Concerns with cleanliness, lack of cleaning supplies and toiletries were addressed with homeowner who was addressing with 3rd party cleaning company to resolve future issues.

Upon arrival, the home had not been cleaned but after a few phone calls people were sent to remedy the situation. the owner was was quick to respond along with the property manager. The home was very comfortable with lots of space and the pool well taken care of. There was some confusion on how to get the main tv to work on the local channels but overall a very nice home. The location was a little challenging to find and took me about a week to figure out if I was driving to and from all the fun things there are to do in Homosassa.

The screened in pool area was the gem of this house, but everything about it was clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive and easy to deal with. If you are arriving after dark, be careful. The road took a turn we couldn't see because the road was covered in sand and we were stuck in sand for a few minutes, but ultimately able to get out without much problem. Overall a fun and relaxing short vacation with friends.

I can't say enough good things about our stay in this home in Homosassa. The home was updated, clean, and comfortable. We had a party of 6, 3 adults and 3 children ages 8, 4, and 3 with plenty of room. The kitchen had all utensils needed to cook and the outdoor grill was fantastic for dinners. There were games, books, and puzzles for evening entertainment and the pool was amazing after out adventuring during the hot days. Owner and property manager are friendly and available available with any need. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place as a vacation spot.

It misrepresented the sleeping area, saying it sleeps 11 when there were only two queen beds, one bunk bed and one futon.
The sleeping area with the futon had no heat and it was freezing, cold 40° in the middle of the night.
We were supposed to have a heated pool with a pool cover. The pool pump broke down after two days and there was no pool cover to insulate it from loosing heat. We had small children with us and the safety gate around the pool was broken this made the pool un safe to be around.
The last five days of our vacation we could not use the pool which we paid for. It was one of the main reasons that we rented this property because we brought four children with us.
Another thing we found really uncomfortable is the owner had video cameras all around the whole property, watching us at all times.
You could tell they were active as as we walked past them. The lights on the cameras would come on. I would never recommend this place ever to anyone.. we asked if they fix the pool when they gave us a couple extra days to be able to use it. They said they would but they never got the pool fixed so we left right on time.

Reaching property owners was very easy and they were a big help. I feel that the home needs to be deep cleaned more often and pool floaties need to be sorted as some had mildew all over them. Also needs to be better stocked with cleaning supplies and other items for guests.

The pool is deep on the far end and shallower by the steps in. The bench by the deep end was so much fun when wanting to cool off and hang out. The house was absolutely adorable and very tastefully done, and remarkably spacious. I love that the property is tucked away, yet a mere 10 minute drive from groceries, restaurants, and other shops. There’s a beach only about 15 min away, and the natural springs are quite close as well. Nature abounds, without a single siren screeching through the air, and zero traffic sounds. It was a perfect little paradise, comfortably sleeping six adults, with ample room for more. Birds Underwater gave me the manatee tour of my dreams, and this house quickly became home for all of us. We’re now hoping to go once a year, and can’t wait to go back!

This Property is close to all the amenities, grocery stores and restaurants but also off the beaten path. About ten minutes from the boat ramp. Very quiet neighborhood. House is perfect for our annual scalloping trip with lots of yard to park our multiple boats. Nice to come back and cool off in the pool and make dinner in the fully stocked kitchen. This was our second year and will probably book it next year.

The booking process, property manager/owner communication was great, home was clean and supplied with everything we needed. Pool was perfect and lots of floats and extra for the kids to enjoy. Property was exactly as described and plenty of room for our 4 full size trucks, 32' camper and boat trailer. We will book this property for future vacations and will recommend this it to others!
