Apartamento grande, cómodo, moderno y bien equipado. Personal amable. Ubicación cerca del centro de Ortigia. Fácil check in y check out.

No dispone de parking. El más cercano se halla a 15 min caminando, cuesta 20 euros al día y se encuentra en un estado más que lamentable, sucio y con homeless durmiendo en alguna de sus plazas libres.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, die Umgebung ist erstaunlich ruhig, die italienischen Nachbarn vom Innenhof sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch für Familien. Es war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Cristina ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Die Lüftung im Bad stinkt etwas, aber da kann man wahrscheinlich wenig gegen tun.

La posizione è ottima, in pieno centro di Ortigia a due passi dalla piazza principale. La zona è assolutamente tranquilla e molto silenziosa. La dotazione è completa e non manca nulla. Molto comoda la lavatrice.

La posizione è perfetta per scoprire Ortigia e perdersi nei vicoli del centro storico. La struttura è nuova e curata in tutti i dettagli, risulta essere la location perfetta per un weekend slow ad Ortigia.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Man ist in wenigen Minuten direkt im Zentrum. Zum archäologischen Park sind es zu Fuß 40 min. Auch zum Autoparkhaus Talete nur 10 min. Gute Lokale gleich die nächste Straße. Nettes Cafe/Bistro, wo man frühstücken und gut Abendessen konnte, zu moderaten Preisen. Die beiden Zimmer sind sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Auch sehr sauber.

In der Beschreibung stand, dass es sich um ein ganzes Ferienhaus handelt. Dies ist nicht so. Es sind 2 Zimmer in einem Gebäudekomplex. Leider kaum Licht im Raum, da nur ein kleines Fenster in den Innenhof führt. Tlw. sehr laut, aufgrund der italienischen Nachbarn, deren Hund auch oft bellt. Duschabfluss verstopft, das Wasser läuft somit immer wieder retour. Auch war kein Duschgel aufgefüllt. Aufgrund des Alters des Gebäudes riecht es auch ziemlich modrig. Das ist wahrscheinlich in ganz Ortygia so.

We didn't use the table in the common space as there were other people there and cats/dogs. We don't mind animals but it just didn't feel private

Modern well-equipped apartment in a great location (catacombs of San Giovanni is at the end of the street). Host was responsive. Washing machine was very handy to have. We parked at the nearest public underground lot about a 5 minute walk away (and down a very steep ramp!) for €20/day The courtyard was nice to have, (though it is shared among multiple apartments).
