Per descrivere Griante che meglio arruolarsi di nientemeno che Longfellow scrisse di questo grazioso villaggio nel 1879. Mi chiedo è questo un sogno? Svanirà nell'aria? Esiste una terra di tale bellezza suprema e perfetta da qualche parte? I vacanzieri che hanno visitato la regione porteranno senza dubbio testimonianza alla dichiarazione. Cadennabia e Griante formano una città, Cadennabia sul lago e Griante, una zona residenziale arroccata a 50 metri su per la collina che guarda sul lago. Il residence dispone di 9 case di lusso spaziose e ben arredate, situate in una posizione tranquilla. Scegli tra 1, 2 o 3 camere da letto, molte delle quali con 2 bagni, terrazza e ampio spazio esterno comune con piscina in estate, sauna e jacuzzi tutto l'anno. Situato in posizione ideale per raggiungere la vicina Villa Carlotta con i suoi maestosi giardini, Bellagio direttamente sul lago, il golf club Cadennabia e Menaggio, la spiaggia di ghiaia, il lido e la piscina e la spiaggia di sabbia dorata, tutte disponibili a piedi o in auto.

We had such an amazing time at the apartments. This was are calm and slow down during our busy vacation. We loved breakfast on the patio enjoying the sun coming up every morning. The apartment had everything we needed and was so clean and comfortable. We travelled with our kids and they loved being able to explore the property and swim in the pool. We felt right at home for our stay.

Uitstekend
Geweldige plek met uitzicht op het Comomeer. Appartement was netjes en schoon. Gastheer was zeer vriendelijk en reageerde snel. Supermarkt om de hoek waar je iedere morgen verse broodjes kunt halen. Wij vonden het een top plek om te verblijven.

Very recommendable, great location
The location of the apartment is great, we had the top one with nice views of the lake. It is right in the middle of a lot of tourist attractions like Bellagio, Villa Balbianello etc.
Matteo was super nice and helpful and gave us nice tips and recommendations.
We can absolutely recommend to stay here when at Lake Como.

2 wundervolle Wochen am Comer See
Obwohl wir im Vorfeld viele Fotos gesehen haben, waren wir positiv überrascht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und man hat vom Balkon aus eine fantastische Aussicht auf einen der schönsten Abschnitte des Comer Sees.
Das Eichecken war problemlos. Die Wohnung war sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Die Einrichtung ist modern und geschmackvoll. Einzig die Betten könnten für unseren Geschmack etwas weicher sein.
Wir haben viel Zeit auf dem Balkon verbracht und einfach die tolle Aussicht genossen.
Der große Pool fügt sich gut in die gepflegten Grünanlagen ein. Zwei Sonnenliegen waren immer verfügbar. Nur die schöne Weitsicht hat man am Pool leider nicht.
Die Lage der Wohnung hat uns auch gut gefallen. Man ist schnell am See und am Fähranleger. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen kleinen, aber gut sortierten Lebensmittelladen. Hinter dem Haus gibt es viele spannende Wanderwege für jeden Geschmack und Fitnesslevel.
Die Wohnung liegt an einer Sackgasse. Autos oder knatternde Motorroller kommen nur selten vorbei. Dementsprechend ist es herlich ruhig.
Alles in allem: Wir haben die Zeit in Griante genossen.

Eine wunderschöne Zeit
Die Lage des Apartments ist ideal. Ein kurzer Gang zur Fähre, um alle Orte genussvoll am Comer See per Schiff erreichen zu können. Ein traumhafter Blick auf den Comer See, ein toller Pool ,ebenfalls mit tollem Blick und sehr schöner, gepflegter Botanik. Eine erholsame Ruhe. Ein perfekter Gastgeber.

We’ve traveled all over the world and appreciate the chance to have a little extra space. This apartment has plenty of room. Others in the apartment complex were respectful of the noise when using the common pool. The views are amazing as advertised. The manager of the property was great to work with, as was the owner. We would absolutely recommend this property. Short five minute walk down hill into town and couple more minutes to the center lake ferry to Bellagio and Varenna. Complete, nice eat in kitchen. There were families and couples enjoying the property.

Das Appartement ist genau wie beschrieben. Wir haben es sehr sauber vorgefunden. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, trotzdem ist man sehr schnell mitten im Geschehen. Die Lage von Griante ist super, da von hier die Fähren ablegen, und man auch in unmittelbarer Umgebung jede Menge Sehenswürdigkeiten findet. Es gibt private Parkplätze, allerdings ist die Zufahrt, zumindest für einen Sportwagen, eine Herausforderung. Wir würden gern wiederkommen.

So soll Urlaub sein...!!!
Wir hatten App. 8 mit wunderschönem Blick über den Comer See in Richtung Bellagio. Besonders abends, wenn die Sonne untergeht und die Lichter eingeschaltet werden, ist der Ausblick phantastisch.
Das Appartement ist tipptop sauber und super ausgestattet mit wirklich allem, was man braucht: komplette Küche, Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage, TV; sogar Waschmaschine und Bügelbrett/Bügeleisen sind zur Verfügung. Saubere Bettwäsche und ausreichend Handtücher sind eine Selbstverständlichkeit.
Schöner Pool mit ausreichend Liegen, Jacuzzi und Sauna in einem separaten Raum, Grillecke und auch sichere Abstellmöglichkeiten innerhalb des Geländes für PKW sind vorhanden.
Die Anlage ist ca. 200 - 300 m oberhalb der Uferstraße gelegen; es ist sehr ruhig und vom Verkehr ist absolut nichts zu hören; nur die Grillen zirpen oder die Vögel zwitschern - und das passt perfekt zur Urlaubsstimmung.
Matteo ist ein sehr gastfreundlicher Vermieter, der in allen Fragen hilft und gute Tipps für Unternehmungen, Restaurantbesuche o.ä. hat. Er ist zurückhaltend - steht aber jederzeit gerne zur Verfügung.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Residenz Griante nur empfehlen.

Wir können die Anlage sehr empfehlen. Mateo.der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und gibt gute Tips für Ausflüge. Mann kann sich am comersee ein Boot mit 40 PS ausleihen ohne Führerschein.

Relaxing family stay
We booked three apartments here at Griante Residence which made for a memorable stay. Our kids loved playing in the pool which for the most part they had to themselves ( i think there are 9 homes at the residence in total) Griante is a great base to explore the lake with a ferry to all major tourist haunts as well as a good selection of bars, restaurants and convenience stores. As you reach the lakefront the village is popular with english speaking guests. The residence here was tucked away 10 minutes from the lake so quieter, away from the tourists and very relaxing. The home was exactly as advertised, which is always a relief when booking online over the net! A special mention for the host who was always available and always charming and the booking process which was seamless. Thank you to all at Griante Residence.

We stayed here in July and enjoyed our stay immensely. The home is extremely well appointed. We enjoyed dining on the balcony, taking a dip in the pool and relaxing in the jacuzzi. Griante Reisdence was a real find and Matteo, the owner, lovely to deal with and easy to communicate with as he speaks excellent English! The residence is perched above Griante and just a short walk down to the ferry and all amenities. Would definitely choose griante residence again shoud we retrun to Como which we would very much like to do so in the not too distant future.

The apartment was exceptionally good in a nice small complex. It was spacious and clean. The owner Matteo was very attentive.
The location is very nice - a shop just down the road and a little pub a few steps further on.
The views were stunning and the weather was great.

We had a lovely time exploring the area. The apartments were exceptional and had everything we needed. The local amenities were conveniently located. We especially appreciated the friendly hospitality from the manager, who was very keen to make sure our family enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.
