Questa affascinante villa familiare recentemente arredata situata sul Club Albufeira Resort, ha 2 piani con 4 ampie camere da letto.
1 camera matrimoniale con bagno privato con vasca / doccia, 2 ulteriori camere da letto e un ampio bagno familiare al primo piano e 1 ulteriore camera da letto con bagno privato, più un bagno per gli ospiti al piano terra.
Tutte le camere sono dotate di aria condizionata / riscaldamento.
La villa è arredata in tutto offrendo un ampio soggiorno open space con zona pranzo e camino centrale, con 2 set di porte finestre che si aprono sulla grande terrazza esposta a sud che si affaccia sulla piscina privata con molti lettini, sedie e ombrelloni .
La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario, compresi tutti gli elettrodomestici. All'esterno della cucina è un ulteriore patio con barbecue per gli ospiti di gustare cene all'aperto!
2 delle 3 camere da letto al piano superiore hanno accesso a balconi con vista sulla piscina e sul giardino.
La terrazza ha 2 grandi divani in rattan ed è coperta per offrire ombra a coloro che non vogliono sedersi al sole tutto il giorno. Il giardino è completamente recintato con spazio sufficiente per far giocare i bambini.

Had a great stay with friends for a week lovely Villa pool was great nice complex easy to get into town via taxi or Uber very reasonable prices. This Villa is highly recommended lots of lovely shaded areas to get out of the sun but still socialise. We had the best time and the owner was really helpful. Amazing place to stay you won’t be disappointed

The villa offers many indoor and outdoor areas to relax and enjoy family activities as well as privacy and quiet times. Our grandchildren really enjoyed the heated pool. Although we used Roger for airport transfers, and found his service to be very prompt and dependable, we did lease a vehicle which provided great flexibility in exploring the area.

We booked the villa for a special family celebration and it was excellent!! We had a party of 8 and everyone loved the villa. The BBQ area was amazing, the pool incredible and all the small touches inside the villa made it feel all the more special. We would highly recommend this villa !!

Well where do I start we arrived at the resort earlier then our check in time but our villa was made ready for us earlier so we didn’t have to wait about. The villa is amazing everything you could need in it and more plenty of space both inside and out for our family of 8 hosts were amazing and were available any time should you need anything. We used Roger for our transfers from the airport and for our trips he was amazing always on time and helped us sort tickets out for trips Portugal is such a beautiful place and we will definitely be back thanks for such a wonderful stay 🇵🇹😊

We had the most amazing stay! We rented this villa for a week with my husband, 3 kids and my parents.
Pool was fab and was a great size, outdoor area was so spacious and extremely well equipped and had a private bbq area with seating for 8 people.
You could walk into Albufeira in around 30 mins pr alternatively taxis were super cheap at around 5 or 6 Euro.
Overall, I would highly recommend this villa to everyone, we had the most enjoyable week and the air conditioning in all the bedrooms meant we all got a restful sleep each evening.
The owners were so quick to respond to any queries we had and the house and our door area was very well maintained.

We booked this villa for our first stay in Portugal and it did no disappoint! The villa was spotless when we arrived. There were 7 of us in total and having such a large space and the rooms being such a good size we were all able to have our own space and not be on top of each other.
Lorna was absolutely amazing and popped by to check everything was okay after I messaged her. Nothing she doesn't know!!
We didn't hire a car but used Roger from tropical bay transfers he is absolutely amazing! You just WhatsApp or call him and he arranges a taxi for you no issues. Would highly recommend him (I know the owners use him too).
The kitchen is well equipped and has all the cooking bits and pieces you need. Washing machine was fab so much so we came home with one small bag to do at home!
This villa is just beautiful and the outside areas and pool and exactly what you need on holiday. Would 1000% book again.
Not a criticism at all but there is a fair bit of building work going on around the villa (which Lorna explained to us and is the result of delays from COVID). But to be honest stick some music on and you won't notice!!

We were all very pleased with the Villa, plenty of space, the pool was amazing. Everything very clean. The location very good. All the amenities on the complex were excellent. We have stayed in club albufeira many times before and will definitely return again.

We had an absolutely brilliant stay at Lornas Villa. The pool was a firm favourite which we had heated as it was out of season. Lorna and Craig were great at always replying to my messages quickly. Check in and out was simple and the rooms all very comfortable. Thanks again 😊

The villa is on a fantastic complex with a number of pool bars and small supermarket within easy walking distance. The area is very peaceful during the day and within easy reach of the Old Town and Strip via Taxi or Uber
The villa itself is exactly as advertised in the description. We were a family of 8 and there was more than enough space throughout the villa and the outdoor areas including the beautiful pool.
We needed to contact Laura a couple of times during our stay (no major issues at all) and each time immediate action was taken. This included a brand new dishwasher being purchased the next day as the one in the villa went faulty but clearly not the owners fault, couldn’t ask for more.
Would 100% recommend this villa to friends and family in the future.

Girlie break - amazing!
7 of us stayed at the villa for 5 nights in late June and we were so impressed with the villa. The cleaner allowed us to check in slightly earlier when she had finished cleaning, the villa was immaculately clean and so big! The pool is heated so no worrying about ice cold water. The beds were super comfy and spacious. The surrounding area was generally very quiet and peaceful (there are some construction works taking place across the road but they were only noisy on the first day we arrived) and noise was kept to a minimum on week days. All in all, we would not hesitate to return to the villa. Portugal has my heart for sure.

Basic Villa with lots of bedrooms
There are 4 good sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Best thing was the heated pool, much needed late in the season.
Whilst this villa was ok, there were some elements we found quite disappointing.
Generally, furnishings throughout, inside and outside are not the standard you would expect for a villa at this price.
Pool sun beds and dining furniture plastic, low quality items.
No air conditioning on the ground floor, only in bedrooms!
Poor quality bedlinen and towels.
Lounge sparsely finished, not a pleasant, relaxing lounge.
Kitchen has minimal serve ware, cookware. Hob extractor not working, appliances although relatively new were functional but low quality.
Construction work taking place across the road!
Limited space around the pool.
Location required a car, only roadside parking. Limited facilities onsite.

A stunning villa
What a stunning villa in a great location. It is very spacious inside and out, modern and very clean. Bedrooms are a good size and modern kitchen. The outdoor space is huge and a sizeable pool, lounging area and outdoor dining, perfect to enjoy the stunning weather. Just a 30 min stroll to Albufeira. Highly recommend a local restaurant A Cocheia, which is 5 mins away. Would not hesitate to return to this villa!

Lovely villa & pool
The villa is in a good area for exploring but far enough away from the rowdy crowds, perfect location for us, although we did need the car.
I had the pool heated and we also kept the cover over during the night and this kept the water warm. It was a good size and clean. The kids loved it.
The villa itself is good. I dropped it one star under the heading ‘as advertised’ because it clearly states that all the bedrooms have air conditioning and this is not true. The downstairs bedroom does not, there is a fan in the bottom of the wardrobe. This was a bit of an issue for us as I’m partially disabled and intended to use the downstairs bedroom. In the end we had to put a teenager in there and I went to the upstairs master, and it’s not set up for people with walking difficulties (that’s not the villas fault, they don’t claim accessible). But the lack of air con in that bedroom would have prompted me to book an alternative.
We were the first guests following lockdown, the villa was perfectly clean, there’s Netflix if you want to catch a movie in the lounge, no TVs in any other room but we don’t go on holiday to watch the box anyway. Couple of small issues were dealt with promptly and the management people were lovely and right there on the end of the phone when needed.
The mattresses were good quality ones and we all slept very well. Loads of space to put your things. Plenty hangers. Twin bedroom had no bedside tables or lamps although you can see some in the photos, no idea where they went. My granddaughter built a tower with cushions alongside her bed and used that so no real problem there.
There was a BBQ outside the kitchen door and an airing frame that we used daily to dry clothes and swimming gear. There’s no tumble drier, things dried well outside.
There are a couple of smallish shopping centres close by, and one has a large supermarket attached, Continente. That’s really good, lots more choice than the little Aldi and Lidl that are the closest. In fact, there’s a surprising amount of choice in the little shack shop on the resort, and the people running it are lovely. Go early so that you can snag freshly made Portuguese tarts!
All in all, we had a great holiday here, thank you.

lorna was great, anything that we needed, she organised for us. - heated pool, extra night's stay.

Great villa, great location.
Really enjoyed our stay here. Supermarkets nearby. Albufeira old town is an acceptable walk. The pool and outside area was fantastic. All the rooms were a good size.

Prachtige villa met super zwembad
In deze moeilijke covid tijden , waren we zeer tevreden van de communicatie die we hadden met Lorna. Steeds was ze behulpzaam en vriendelijk want we hadden heel veel vragen!
De villa voldeed perfect aan onze verwachtingen en we waren heel tevreden.
Als we dan toch een minpuntje mogen geven?!
Alles was spic en span behalve in de keuken...

Lovely villa
We had a great stay in this villa, very clean, huge, lovely seating areas to chill out in. We played mini golf down the road and our teenagers had freedom to wander around the resort. A little shop close by was handy and easy to get ubers to town. If I was picky I would suggest better quality sunloungers. But, a great stay thank you.

Superb stay at a brilliant Villa
We loved the villa - just a short ride from Old Town Albufeira the location is perfect. There is a large supermarket across the road from the complex and a handy shop 1 minute walk from the villa.
The Villa is a great size. Great rooms, great air con and Loren of space. The pool and outdoor area is superb as well.

A little piece of serenity
Such a wonderful experience from the beginning.
The communication and information provided in regards to the property was excellent and clear.
The property was fitted out exceptionally well, nothing was missed which made for a perfect home away from home holiday.
We accidentally locked our passports in the safe 😬� and the owner took the time to directly contact us with the solution. Excellent service.

Lovely holiday in a fabulous villa
Our family of four adults and two children had the most amazing holiday in this lovely and very well equipped villa. The villa was even better than the pictures and had everything that a family would need for a self catering holiday including all kitchen essentials, many towells, pool inflatables, games and even TV with netflix. We enjoyed the spacious villa surroundings and spent lazy relaxing days by the gorgeous swimming pool which is larger than most.
The villa was clean, cosy and modern providing a really pleasant and comfortable home from home experience. The free air conditioning and wifi were a definite plus as were the comfortable beds, hairdryers and iron. In fact, this villa is so well equipped that there was nothing extra that we required.
Booking via Homeaway was straight forward and correspondence with Lorna and her team was regular and very helpful, even organising our airport taxi transfers with Roger who was just great . Overall we had a fabulous holiday in sunny Portugal made all the better by our stay in this fabulous villa. We did not want to go home and wished we had booked longer than 7 nights. We highly recommend this villa.
