Great location. House very comfortable, Three full bedrooms and two full baths. Kitchen well equipped . Linens and towels great and plenty of them. Lots of tv's Quiet neighborhood We had a great time with extended adult family. Would rent again.

We had a great stay at this property. It was comfortable and very well appointed with everything we needed. The kitchen especially was terrific, with plenty of dishes, flatware, cookware etc. I needed to contact the host once during our trip and she answered promptly. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to others.

The house was as advertised. Had everything we needed. Good, quick communication with owners. Walking distance to the Locks and local restaurants. Would stay there again.

This place is right next to a park and walking distance to Ballard Ave. we loved how close everything was. Melissa was great to communicate with. Highly recommend this place.

This was more space than I normally need in Seattle, but it is so perfect. Having it's own parking space really takes off a lot of stress, but the street itself also had tons of room in you plan to have any visitors or have two cars. It was a lovely stay at Melissa's place!

Perfect house for our family: 4 adults, a 6-year old and a one-year old. Quiet safe neighborhood. Walking distance to several parks with amazing views of Puget Sound, as well as grocery stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a comfortable home in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay. It was centrally located to all the activities we visited. We would highly recommend staying in this home.

This is the home that someone grew up in. There's some upgrades, like the shower and the stainless steel appliances. Everything feels open and available to find your groove. As a game-changer for families, there's also the reminder that kids lived there, with lots of books, and some little bikes (lots at the park next door), and a piano (huge for our kid!). The beds were super-comfortable, and the heater was really responsive. Thank you!

Our family of 5 (4 adults with a 7 year old) stayed comfortably here. Loved the kid friendly puzzles, games and toys for both inside and outside the home. Kitchen with plenty of room to cook and nicely furnished. Property manager was prompt in communication to address minor issues that popped up during our stay. Really appreciate the coziness and neighborhood as well. The playground next door was a life saver when my 7 year old needed to run off some steam, as well as the bikes and balls to play with.

We really enjoyed the house during our stay in Seattle. Well stocked for families with kids with games, books, and stuffies. The neighbors were kind and the park next door was a lot of fun. Heads up to bring earplugs in case people are enjoying the park at late hours.

The property works well for multiple adults. Plenty of space to gather and to get away. Access to city sites is easy from this location, and the neighborhood is quite comfortable. It's an older home and charming.

This house is right next to TWO playgrounds (one attached to a school, one not), and walking distance to coffee shop, a few nice restaurants, and a fancy convenience store. It's not close to much else, though so you will want a car. Luckily parking is a breeze. The house is not really a luxury property, but it was clean, well-kept, and kept us cozy and happy for two weeks. The lower-level bedroom was a life-saver during the heat wave. Highly recommend for people who are interested in exploring Ballard. We especially appreciated that the house came stocked with plenty of dishwasher packets, paper towels, etc., so we didn't need to think to go out and buy those. We would rent again for sure

We had a great time staying at this house!. The communication with the owner Melissa was awesome from the moment we reserved. The house was clean and felt like home from the moment we entered. The neighborhood is great..I already miss having breakfast at Picolinos! :(. Awesome food and ambiance. When we are back in Seattle we will certainly stay here again! Cheers!

Our family of four had a great stay at this house. We found the bedrooms comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking and eating utensils we needed. The neighborhood was great for walking and we enjoyed the short walk down to the locks to watch boats traveling through. The location was also convenient for driving to area sights and activities. We would definitely recommend this place to friends.

We came to town for a baseball tournament and shared the house with a team mates family. There was more than enough room for 4 adults and multiple kids. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We spent most of our time at games but the house was great to come back to. Kids enjoyed the nearby park as well as the surprisingly big backyard. We left a video game and the owner got it back to us which was very appreciated. This was our first VRBO experience and it lived up to everything we were told. We would definitely stay here again if back in town.

We are a family of 6 that stayed here for a work conference / family trip. Plenty of space for all of us, and very reasonably priced for a week. The host was helpful when I asked about transportation. There are public transit stops close by, so we didn't have to worry about driving in unfamiliar territory. We got city passes for several attractions and saved some money that way. We really enjoyed the zoo. The house worked fine as a base for our excursions.

Very well stocked, warm and welcoming, easy to live in and perfect for our family! The backyard and the park next door were incredible for our family with young children. Will definitely stay here again, loved everything about this Home!

My girlfriends and I booked this home for a girls weekend in March and absolutely LOVED it! The house is super cute and the backyard is so nice for soaking up the sun (if your lucky enough to get it in Seattle haha). There are nice coffee shops within walking distance and it is a quick uber into Ballard for the evening. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a neighborhood feel, especially if you are traveling with kids (right next to an awesome park). This was a very enjoyable experience!

We stayed here with my 2 adult daughters, one of their husbands and a toddler on a February weekend in 2018. The occasion was the wedding of one of my which we held nearby. (The bride only stayed Friday night, we did not make her spend her wedding night in a rental house with her parents). The house was very comfortable. The furniture, beds, decorations and kitchen stuff were all in fine condition. I don't think anybody turned on a TV, but I noticed there were a whole bunch of new looking flat screens. If you have children between the ages of 2 and 18, i would recommend this property with 6 stars! Literally right next door is a playground with a lots of new equipment. The house also has a bunch of toys and games for kids and adults. There is also a nice fenced in back yard that would be very pleasant in the summer. The home is indeed very sunny. There are large south facing windows. -- John

Owner was easy to work with and responded quickly to questions. House is quaint and loved the upstairs. Just know that the third bedroom is in the basement that doesn't get a lot of heat. We visited in late November so it was cold down there. Would be a real bonus during the summer though!

Nice family friendly home close to the zoo and downtown Seattle!

Home is in a safe quiet neighborhood in Ballard. Large home is divided by floors providing excellent privacy. The owners and previous guests left all that is needed for an extended stay. Easy Uber trip to downtown and tourist attractions. Short walk to Sunset Hill for a great view of the Sound. Large fenced private back yard and lots of toys for kids. This is an older home but a very comfortable place to stay with friendly and helpful owners.
