The villa was spacious with plenty of living spaces, indoors and outside including a large covered terrace. A great pool which we made good use of on hot days. The property was in a secluded spot but very close to amenities like the local Leclerc supermarket, petrol station and bakery. It was on the road to St Paul de Vence and close to Vence town centre as well as being close to Nice airport. We enjoyed our stay.

There were a few minor maintenance issues here and there with some of the fixtures and fittings but nothing which detracted from our stay. Host, Gérald, was responsive and helpful.

Everything about this villa was perfect. The property itself was spacious and very well equipped. All the rooms were a great size and the master bedroom has a lovely en suite and dressing room. We spent lots ot time outdoors in the fabulous pool and also in the shaded seating areas. The villa is in a great location, in walking distance of a supermarket and bakery and an easy drive to St Paul de Vence. We used it as a base to explore Antibes, Nice, Eze and Canne which were all in good striking distance. Gerald was on hand if we needed anything (we didn't as everything we needed was provided!) An amazing villa making for a wonderful holiday!

Very comfortable villa with a wonderful garden and swimming pool. The villa is organized very logically - you can’t hear anyone in different parts of the house. The villa is equipped with modern home appliance. The villa is located very conveniently - 5 minutes by foot to the nearest bakery and to the nearest huge supermarket. The surrounding environment is extremely calm. The only external sounds are a rare singing of birds and parrots.

We had the most amazing stay at the villa. Sublime villa, amazing facilities, beautiful pool, calm and quiet, closed to many places to visit; just perfect. Highly recommended.

Great house, well equipped and maintained, super clean with a very nice pool. Calm place in a strategic location: great for day or half-day trips by car to Monaco, Nice, Antibes, Cannes or simply up the hill to the charming centre of Saint-Paul-de-Venice. We - a family of four - spent 10 wonderful days there and enjoyed every moment. No unpleasant surprises. Gerald was very friendly and responsive to our requests and questions. Would definitely book again.
