In 15 years of coming to Wildwood, this is the only place we’ve stayed more than once. We love everything about it, clean, convenient parking, boardwalk block, beach access, great communication with owner, easy checkin. Just perfect!

My 2 teenaged kids and I wanted to come to Wildwood for a few days and this place was just perfect! It’s RIGHT next to the boardwalk, so the kids could run out for some Curley’s Fries and go to the arcade very easily, and it was probably the closest walk to the beach that you could find in Wildwood! The condo was very clean and updated nicely.

House was as described. When we arrived, the first thing we noticed was the cleanliness. The cleaners did a great job. The house was fully stocked (except for a cookie tray to warm up pizza or nuggets) and met our needs. Our kids, ages 13 and 10, appreciated the short walk to the beach and location off boardwalk. Big bonus, there was a Dunkin right next door.
I'd say one thing that could be upgraded is the bed in the master. A full size bed for a couple was rather tight.
The washer/dryer combo was nice to throw in our beach towels and bath towels. It is small like she mentions but still appreciated.
The neighbors were very kind and helpful and overall a quiet location. We didnt have a view but everything else was great and we will be back. It's hard to find a place that is clean, well maintained and nicely located. Thank you!

Great Location, Off Street Parking, Quiet
This is my second time staying here and as expected it was wonderful. Close to the beach and boardwalk, Dunkin steps away, cute little front sitting area outside, off street parking. only comment would be that the beds are a little hard, but that is personal preference so if you like a soft/temper-pedic feel then bring a mattress topper.

Monica was more than accommodating for our stay. It was close to the beach and right on the boardwalk which was perfect for having young children with us. Can’t wait to go back!

I stayed here with a friend for the Wildwood music festival. Monica was wonderful, the condo was the perfect size and so clean, my friend and I were very comfortable. I could easily get in contact with Monica to ask any questions and she was very quick to respond, I would definitely stay here again!

This condo is steps from boardwalk and beach access. A wagon with beach chairs and toys is available for use and came in very handy. The condo has everything you need for cooking meals at the condo and Monica had lots of great restaurant suggestions. Monica was very easy to reach and always pleasant to talk to.

Great Experience
I loved staying here with my family. The property owner is so sweet and she makes the process of renting here a breeze. She is great with communication. Also, the location is fantastic. There is only a short walk to everything you would want to do, like the beach and rides for the kids.

Wildwood condo
Property was exactly as described and photographed. It was steps to both the beach and boardwalk. Added bonus- next to Dunkin Donuts- perfect for coffee runs in the morning. My family of 8 stayed there comfortably. The neighbors were friendly and gave us restaurant recommendations. Monica was great and available for any questions. We highly recommend this rental.

Perfect little spot!
The location of this place is perfect! Short walk to the beach, even shorter to the boardwalk. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed. Only thing I can recommend is to bring a fan as there aren’t any ceiling fans and we like to sleep with the air moving. The layout of the condo was great and we were all very comfortable!

Steps from the beach
The property is in the most amazing location within Wildwood. You are right next door to the boardwalk and less than 50 steps from sand between your toes.
It was super easy to locate and very convenient when going back and forth with little kids.
My cousin enjoyed the new sectional that Monica had recently added to the living room.
The outdoor shower was a great touch for getting the sand off before going in to the condo.
There were several beach chairs and toys for us to use while we were there as well.
Additionally, Monica was super easy to work with and responded quickly whenever we had any questions or needed some help.
I highly recommend this property.

Great place right off the boardwalk
This is a wonderful place right off the boardwalk. Could not have been closer or easier to get to the beach. Owners are very responsive and answered a few last minute questions very quickly. Would go back.

Great clean comfortable stay!
This was a nice place to stay within steps from the boardwalk & beach. Chairs & boogie boards were convenient to use. Communication was clear & process was easy & convenient. We had a great time!!

Highly recommend, especially for families with young kids
The property is 25 ft off the board walk right by many restaurants, rides and games. The walk to the beach wasn’t nearly as long as the walk when you get to the higher number streets so that as a plus. We have 3 kids under 3 - The 3 and 2 year old were able to walk to the beach, no carrying, so it was super convenient for us. Monica was attentive and responded immediately. I would highly recommend.

Another amazing stay at this property
This is the 3rd year I've rented from this property and it's always a great experience. The place is as advertised. Other residents are super friendly. As long as we continue going to Wildwood, I'll look to book this place. Oh, and Monica is amazing. Super responsive and friendly. Always checks on us to make sure we don't need anything.

Very nice condo, close to boardwalk and beach! My grandkids had a great time! Minor issues with a few things but overall recommend staying again. Grandkids already asking when we can go again.
