The shower was not very powerful and the double was a bit soft

I like being able to have meals at times to suit me rather than scheduled meals in hotels. For me a caravan was perfect. Also, I know Mablethorpe quite well because I have close relatives living in the area and the caravan site was not far from their homes. The caravan site was just a short walk from the town centre and the seafront.

I noticed that the shower did not stay stay warm for long. I could hear the boiler firing up and when I turned the tap the water was warm but soon went cold.

Close to the city center

Dirty cutlery, dirty floors, hairs on the sofa and the shower, kettle was full of small bits which would have been fine if the filter wasn't hanging off, the smoke alarm had been stuffed above the cupboards and not mounted on the appropriate mount, and there was a fusty smell that we couldn't get rid of, that would explain the dozens of air fresheners dotted around the caravan.

Toilet and sinks could have flushed/emptied a lot better. Caravan numbers need to be shown at back as well as front. Bedrooms far too cramped. SeatinG UNCOMFORTABLE after a time

Toilet was a bit too small

This was a caravan not fit for a family.No Dining table no chairs .cooker was filthy. Cold tap in shower room did not work. Not fit 4 use .says no dogs.why are 3 lots of poo bags in cupboard.???.mould in wardrobe inmain bedroom. All spaces taken up with other people's gear..all all avan destained for a bonfire

the property is about a 10 minute walk from the beach and town which is a nice walk, the caravan was easy to find and it was ok priced for the time we stayed.

The caravan was not very clean, it was very dusty and dirty and the sink was very unclean also the bedding was not comfortable. The pull out bed in the lounge was very very dirty so this was not used. The water pressure in the bathroom was not great at all and was a bit of a nuisance as it only dribbled at some points from the shower and sink. There was mould in the main bedroom, it does look like this is being dealt with as there were humidifiers but it was on the curtains and around the window, this should be stated before we booked.

Was really disappointed that there was no dining table. Most caravans we have been to always have a table. Looks like there may have been one there and have taken it away.

The kitchen was well equipped with everything you'd need to prepare a meal, have drinks and have a night in the caravan if you didn't want to go to a restaurant, and the TV had access to plenty of channels. Plus there were DVDs and board games.

The beds were a little soft so sleeping wasn't the best, and it was very chilly at night, so you had to double up with the duvets. Having charging points closer to the bed would have been a bonus too, but appreciate it is a caravan

Lovely caravan it was spotless and well looked after by the owners. We all loved it and the kids loved the selection of games inside the caravan. The caravan is on the lovely quiet site with a club house and park for the kids and the clubhouse does really nice meals. Mablethorpe town is within walking distance. We are definitely going to book this caravan for next year.

we liked how well equipt the kitchen was, and the fact there were t towels and washing up liquid etc… a fun selection of dvds and games. nice bedding etc, lots of heaters to keep it warm. great location to walk to the beach

no Wi-Fi! one of the outside chairs was broken, there was no dining table and the coffee table was a bit wonky

Clean and tidy and as discribed in the advert. Good contact with the owners.

Caravan was dirty on arrival, long hair everywhere and cooker also needed cleaning, then when getting home having complaints from the caravan staff about the cleanliness of the caravan,

Communication with the owner was fantastic. They were quick to reply and let us in early too. There was everything you needed in the caravan and more.

The smell. The caravan smelt very fusty and damp. I thought it smelt of dogs too. The caravan itself was very compact. The bedrooms were tiny.

Location was not far from the sea. Nice tea/coffee/water left for us on arrival

when booking in at the campsite the staff member gave me the wrong keys . So the caravan I entered already had some ones belongings in, this could of been embarrassing if some one had been in there [this was the campsites error] . Our caravan could just do with a little TLC

Lovely quiet site. Friendly, helpful staff Caravan had all necessary facilities, was very clean and comfortable. Would visit again. 😃

Very cramped. Wardrobe was full of extra quilts and cupboards had a heater in front with nowhere to move it to so couldn’t use the cupboard in bedroom.
