Fantastic location. Great host. Perfect accomodation. Will definitely go back again.

Property is in a great location, your a 30sec walk to the beach. Parking spot is a massive convenience. The apartment is big enough for a couple and pet, we found it very cosy and warm. Owner had thought of everything you possibly need. We will deffo be staying again, even the dog was depressed to leave.

Loved every minute of the stay, can't fault the property and wish we could have stayed longer.

The apartment had everything we needed really, with the bonus of a body board and windbreak! It's close proximity to the beach and parking spot is the best thing about this apartment. Out the back gate on you're on Perranporth beach which was perfect for us. We stayed during a very hot week in August and the apartment was always cool! We were surprised when we got back each day that we weren't walking into a sauna!

We are a family of four, with two young kids, and the only slight negative was the space available. There was nowhere for our suitcases to go so they stayed on the lounge floor, but that wouldn't put us off staying again. A dust pan and brush would also be good to help clear up the sand we brought in! :-)

Perfect location. The owners kept in touch, were warm, friendly and helpful. They supplied milk and biscuits. The area is within a block of flats and we were worried about noise when we arrived, but it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. Spoke to another lady who owned one of the flats and she said the management keep on top of noise, which was fab to hear. Will be visiting again. Beautifully decorated, obviously loved and looked after. We absolutely loved it. I didn't want to leave! Could easily have bought as a holiday home. Felt at home immediately.

Was a cold weekend, the flat has heaters, they keep the chill out but found it slightly cold. But not enough to impact greatly, blankets solved that problem.

Location was perfect, 1 minute from the beach if that, the Dunes to walk, coastal walks, town centre within easy walking distance AND free parking

Location, cleanliness & thoughtful books games DVD ... sandy shoe cubboard - what a great idea !

Mattress uncomfortable & could feel the springs & pillows could probably do with replacing ..... but overall probably on par with beds in a caravan.

The flat although not very pretty from the outside was absolutely amazing. It was so clean that everything looked brand new. Not a speck of dust or dirt. There are so many great things about it. The proximity to the beach was heavenly ! A five minute walk and you are there, the waterhole pub on the beach was a great place to go. The beach stretched for miles and it was totally unspoilt. Perranporth is a lovely little place that has a community feel to it. I can’t stress how beautiful the place is.

It’s hard to find something we didn’t like. As mentioned before the apartment block looks a bit grey and drab but it really is safe and a little gem inside.

It was homely and great location.

You can't get much closer to the beach and having a permitted parking space next to the property is a real bonus. The communication from the host was excellent and the check-in process was easy and hassle-free

The thought put into welcome breakfast and Christmas detail was amazing! Dunes view felt like home with a lovely view.

There's nothing we didn't like. It was a wonderful stay. (Just couple of damp areas)

We have been coming to perranporth for several years and stayed in other apartments .This was our 1st stay at Dunes View, & were delighted with our experience. This is a lovely clean and comfortable apartment with modern tasteful decor. The hosts have put a lot of thought into making dunes view a very comfortable homely place to stay. The location cannot be beaten, with the sand dunes and beach across the safe car park & minutes from the town ,bars and restaurants. All in all a great dog friendly place to stay Thankyou to our hosts - it was brilliant
