This apartment is absolutely fantastic.
It is just as listed - in fact better!!
We were a family of 5 adults - which it more than accommodated.
It was really well equipped.
Three lovely bedrooms
Two modern bathrooms.
A very well equipped kitchen & the bonus of a washing machine.
It is ski in / ski out.
The balcony in the April sunshine was simply stunning.
We loved being out of town & using the DAHU chair was no problem to get in & out of town.
We did a click & collect shop at the Super U enroute & the transfer company stopped for us.
The property owner is very responsive to questions & comes back to you with very quickly with answers
I would thoroughly recommend this property to others - in fact I already have !

This is the best located ski in, ski out apartment that we have stayed in and this was our 11th ski holiday. The apartment also has a sunny veranda and has some of the best facilities we’ve ever experienced. The apartment contains a washing machine, kettle, built in ski and boot cupboards, an oven (yup - an actual fan assisted oven), a rainforest shower (in the en-suite) and lovely sized rooms. The apartment is fitted out to a high standard too.
Our only criticism is that it wasn’t the easiest to find particularly once we were in the actual Arc 1800 resort and we could have done with slightly more detailed instructions - with some landmarks to help guide us perhaps.
The skiing is fabulous and the apartment is situated on a gentle blue run. The gondola lift that goes to Les Arc 1800 village is really close and easy to access.
The underground parking is a lovely extra and all of our communication with the host was well received and well responded to.
We would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Great spot for us as family of four and with a small dog, ski in and ski out fantastic, parking space mega bonus for us. We could nip back on the slope at any time to check the dog and have a drink etc. Great location to both nearby lifts Carreley and Dahu for getting down at night as well as getting up in the morning into the higher snow. There is very little in the immediate location like food and shops, we tired Voga Goga (restaurant) one night had to go down to main area most days and evenings but it was made easier by the Dahu lift and only 10 min walk off piste. We used the ski shop next to the apartment which was also great to not have to trek a long way. Caroline was very responsive and very helpful when we contacted her as some of the arrival information was confusing and we arrived in the dark at 10.30pm so harder to get bearings and work it out. The only down side was the management/cleaning company, who were rude (she was arguing with my husband) and archaic in process. She wouldn’t let us pay over the phone had to be in person and in cash, which meant getting cash, and time away from skiing to go to find their office. Then another phonecall later in the week to confirm departure time, which we already knew as we were driving but she wouldn’t accept it when we paid in person. Also wanted us to clean the kitchen and strip all the beds which apparently was in the contract that was all in French and not available in English when we asked. I thought 120 euros for cleaning fee should include everything otherwise what is the point! Suggest Caroline helps them to be more friendly and improve their process. Would definitely book again, spacious and had everything we needed.

Fantastic Apartment in Prime Position
We were in the apartment during the UK half term in February 2022. The apartment is fantastic for a family or group of friends. We were a family of four and a friend. The apartment offered space and comfort for all and it is right on the slopes. We were so pleased when we arrived and saw the position of the apartment.
The bedrooms are very comfortable, the lounge is big and the kitchen was well equipped. we wanted for nothing.
For skiing the location is excellent. You can get to the Carrely lift within 2 minutes of leaving the apartment and that gives you access to the whole mountain, no need to ski to the bottom of the resort and join the masses waiting for the other lifts. If you have learners that have lessons there is a slope right outside the terrace that is an easy and gentle ski to the bottom following a road. The ski and boot cupboard were a bonus.
There is also the DAHU lift that links the main area of 1800 with the apartments up the hill, this apartment is less than 100m from the DAHU car. Good for non skiers or if you need to get into the main area without ski's/boards. The DAHU runs from round 8am until round 11pm.
We received a huge dump of snow on the second day of our week and the conditions were ridiculously good. lots of scope to enjoy the mountain, you have the slopes on the Arc 1800, 1600 and Villandry on the same side of the mountain and lifts over the arête to the bowl at Arc 2000. lot's to explore on piste and pretty open terrain off piste that seemed pretty safe - at least the areas we did.
We wer a mix of skiers and snowboarders and it was great for both. Previous trips in France have been to Alpe d'Huez and our opinion is this was more fun with tree lined slopes and a variety of terrain. Lifts can get very busy at morning and post lunch times, advice is to get up high early and stay up for lunch as the slopes at altitude are less busy.
The apartment topped off a great week for us and the parking undercover is a bonus.

Une superbe semaine!
Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cet appartement. Il est spacieux et très bien équipé et son emplacement parfait. On vit sur la piste pratiquement et pour les plus petits, la cabine du Dahu est à 50 m pour aller au club des piou-piou. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir du soleil toute la semaine et la terrasse parfaitement exposée nous a permis d'en profiter un maximum. Nous avons eu toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin avec la propriétaire. Une adresse que nous recommandons chaleureusement en résumé :)

fantastische woning vlakbij de piste
Alles wat je maar kan denken is voorradig in deze woning.
Ideale ligging bij de piste en dichtbij centrum dankzij verbinding met Dahu. Ook kleine kruidenier, skiwinkel en restaurant vlakbij.
1 nadeel: slaapkamer zonder buitenramen. Voor volwassenen wat claustrofobisch. Dit weegt echter niet op tegen de veel voordelen van deze woning.

Idéalement placé, cosy et tres bien équipé
L'appartement a accueilli notre famille pendant une semaine. Il est vaste, accueillant, très confortable et très bien agencé. La cuisine équipée est neuve ainsi que les 2 salle de bains. Départ et retour ski aux pieds; casier à skis et chaussures directement dans un local dans l'appartement, ce qui est super pratique. L'appartement est situé près d'un télésiège permettant d'accéder très rapidement à tout le domaine. Bref une très bonne adresse où séjourner !

Appartement spacieux, de grand confort dans l'esprit montagne, très ensoleillé au pied des pistes
Nous étions 2 familles avec 3 ados et nous avons particulièrement apprécié le séjour spacieux et lumineux. L'appartement étant au rdc il est agréable de pourvoir partir et revenir skis au pied, la piscine après le ski est très appréciée. Des vacances très réussies qui donnent envie de revenir.

Superbe emplacement
Nous avons séjourné une semaine avec 6 adultes et 2 enfants dans cette location.
Tout est parfait à commencer par l'emplacement, l'appartement est sur le bord d'une piste peu fréquentée à la période où nous y étions. Pour accéder à la piste il suffit de passer par le portillon du balcon. C'est très pratique de prendre les skis (dans un casier chauffé dans l'appartement), de faire 3 pas et d'être sur la piste.Il suffit de glisser jusqu'à 1800 pour déposer les enfants aux cours.
La location est bien équipée et confortable.
Bref, nous la recommandons et reviendrons avec plaisir!

Un bien précieux à respecter
Une fois la porte de l'appartement ouverte, la première impression est celle de se retrouver dans un véritable chalet de montagne. Les espaces sont parfaitement pensés. Pour une fois, nous (2 familles- 4 adultes et 3 enfants) découvrons une location qui nous permet de ranger tous nos bagages, d'avoir suffisamment d'espace pour passer du temps sereinement à l'intérieur. Tous les aménagements nous font nous sentir "comme à la maison". Rien ne manque dans les armoires, la cuisine est parfaitement équipée, la literie très confortable...
L'annonce promet un départ ski aux pieds, et tient sa promesse quelque soit le niveau des skieurs...
Bref, pour faire court, un petit bijou !
Cerise sur le gâteau, la propriétaire et les personnes de l'agence de location sont charmantes.

Mooi, comfortabel,appartement aan piste
Fantastisch aan de piste gelegen appartement. Vanaf het terras sta je met een paar stappen op de piste. De beschrijving van het appartement klopt zoals staat aan gegeven. Een slaapkamer ligt inpandig dus geen raam naar buiten. De Keuken is modern, compleet, veel bestek, serviesgoed enz. Badkamers zijn modern waarvan één met een heerlijke grote regendouche (Hans Grohe). We hebben dankbaar gebruik gemaakt van eigen skischoenverwarmer in appartement. Prima Wifi en tv. Het is een ruim appartement, prima geschikt voor 6 personen, echter 8 personen m.i. net te veel. Contact met eigenaresse verliep prettig en vlot. Afhandeling door locale agent verliep goed.
We kregen p.p. 1 handdoek, dit is wat weinig. Bedden zijn van goede kwaliteit. Broodjes kun je halen op 50 meter afstand bij de pizzeria in het complex. Wil je lekker eten ga dan naar Le Chalet de Candice om de hoek. Bij het appartement hoort een privé parkeerplek in de overdekte parkeergarage van het complex. We zijn vaker in Les Arcs geweest in andere accommodaties en dit appartement staat bij ons met stip op de eerste plaats. We bevelen het appartement dan ook van harte aan.
