It’s like your private apartment with hotel style room service. Great pool at the rooftop and very decent gym. Location is amazing, all the main attractions are just less than 40 minutes away!

No internet for 3 out 8 days and we weren’t offered any sort of compensation or a different room. Wouldn’t be big of a deal as we could use the mobile data, but there is no reception in the room either, so we had go outside even to check the weather for the next day. Lack of vegetables in the breakfast menu.

Frühstück wurde täglich geliefert. Das frische Obst war das Highlight. Ansonsten wurden regionale Produkte angeboten. Ökologisch bedenklich sind die Kaffeekapseln.

Zu Beginn hatten wir zwei Kakerlaken zu erlegen. Es sind danach keine mehr aufgetaucht.

Todos os espaços eram espetaculares e muito iluminadas. O pequeno almoço muito bom também. E os funcionários super prestaveis.

Everything was perfect! The place is beautiful, decorated, clean and pleasant. The pool and jacuzzi up on the roof overlooks the view and it's simply wonderful! They were available to us for everything we asked for in a matter of minutes

No such thing all was great for us

Beautiful accommodation, fully equipped and very clean. Great breakfast accommodating for different kinds of dietary restrictions. Very friendly people.

The receptionists were polite and helpful and replied shortly on Whatsapp. Minor problems were solved quickly and professionally. Bicycle rental available on site, it was easy to cycle around. Laundry service was convenient. Breakfast was great and the kitchen well equipped. The best beach is close, and the pool with a view is nice. Code locks; no need to carry hotel keys around. Felt safe all the time and the hotel was quiet, too. Appreciated plastic/metal/carton etc recycling. Wanted to use the same towels several times but the towels just didn't dry indoors. I would suggest offering a simple clothesline for ground floor customers that they can attach in front of the back door themselves, if needed.

Perhaps the only minor minus is the cleaning of the hotel room floors which could have been more thorough.

The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and clean. It is few minutes from the beach. The staff was friendly and very accommodating, allowing us very late checkin due to delayed flight. They gave us great tips for exploring the island. Overall great experience!

The space itself was very nice and comfortable, and the staff was so friendly! The location was also great - super close to the beach!

While the primary bedroom was pretty big, the smaller bedroom had very little space for us to unpack or keep our things

We had an amazing stay! We were 5 girls in the apartment and it was incredibly spacious, clean and tastefully decorated, with a great location by the beach. Breakfast was rich and had many choices. Well stocked kitchen and option to have your clothes washed by the staff. We forgot something in the apartment and they kindly offered to ship it. Cleaning was done every single day, any issues we had were handled immediately. All in all, we were so well taken care of, thank you!

Sometimes they mixed up a little bit the breakfast items but we were able to ask for changes.

Stayed for nearly a week at the Penthouse Apartment (so called Blue Villa) at this smart and beautifully designed place just off Ponta Delgada and the black volcanic beach of Populo. The apartment had two bedrooms and two bathrooms with full comforts. The rooftop terrace deck with a large jacuzzi and black rock clad swimming pool is adjacent so you can just hop in any time you like. The property is sophisticated and it works like a clockwork, not the least due to the wonderful hosts Diogo and Joao - forever helpful and kind. Very much recommend it for exploring the area as it’s easy drive to anything you may wish to see on Sao Miguel.

Quiet area, free parking available, very helpful staff. Breakfast was good. Cleaned each day.

The place is amazing, very spacious and nice decorated. The staff very friendly and helpful. Seaview jacuzzi and swimming pool, well equipped gym room. Beds was very comfortable Breakfast has been delivered to the Villa each morning, and it was plenty with local products. We spend 7 days, family of 5 and enjoyed every minute. The beach is only short 5 min away, plus it has nice children play area. Would highly recommended to anyone, and hope we will comeback soon.

not much to dislike, everything it was amazing, Would advise to put salt, pepper and maybe oil in the kitchen. Otherwise was perfect.

extremely simple check in - contactless and keyless, so only need to use the code to open your door. service was phenomenal - good cleaning every day, 24/7 support, free laundry. Room itself was also very good, no cons. beach located 3 minutes by foot Totally recommend!

The hotel really offers it all! The rooms themselves are super nicely decorated and modern, the breakfast in the morning offers local products and can be customized to one‘s liking, there is nice restaurantes as well as a beach close by, it really has it all! Most outstanding though is the super helpful and friendly customer service. We had some issues with our rental car and received outstanding help right away early in the morning. We would defined stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation on Sao Miguel :)

We lived in a ground floor apartment for eight nights and had a great time. The apartment has the amenities needed to make food and is generally nice and practical. The gym is decent and the jacuzzi is amazing. The apartment is located in a quiet area. If we come back to Sao Miguel we will definitely come back to this place. Parking is easy with private spots. The staff was great as well.
