Smugglers Notch è classificato come il resort n. 1 in assoluto dalla rivista Ski. Questo è uno dei motivi per cui abbiamo scelto di costruire la nostra casa per le vacanze proprio accanto alla montagna. In effetti, la nostra casa è in realtà sulla mappa dei sentieri e puoi raggiungere a piedi tutto su Smuggs. La nostra è, probabilmente, la casa privata più vicina al resort Smugglers Notch.

La casa ha una pianta aperta con ripiani in granito in cucina con mobili in betulla. La camera familiare ha un camino a gas, una TV da 50 pollici, un divano in pelle, un divano e una sedia singola (sono così accoglienti che è difficile non addormentarsi dopo una fantastica giornata in montagna).
Nell'ottobre 2019 è stata aggiunta una sala teatro / giochi nel seminterrato. Ha una TV da 75 pollici, divani in pelle, tavoli alti da bar, air hockey, biliardino e un bersaglio per le freccette. Per favore, porta le tue freccette se vuoi giocare. La soundbar sulla TV è anche predisposta per il Bluetooth, quindi è facile configurare il telefono per ascoltare la tua musica preferita mentre giochi e ti rilassi con un cocktail.
La metratura totale è di circa 2.500. La camera da letto al primo piano ha un letto matrimoniale. Il master al piano di sopra ha anche un letto matrimoniale. La camera a castello al piano superiore ha 3 letti a castello, e l'altra camera ha un letto a castello con un futon sul fondo. Ciò fornirà un sonno confortevole per un massimo di 10 persone.
Alla fine della giornata puoi goderti le piste da sci sul Monte Madonna dalla veranda.
E FUOCHI ARTIFICIALI! Il resort organizza uno spettacolo pirotecnico incredibile ogni giovedì. Avrai una vista spettacolare direttamente dalla veranda. Ai bambini piacerà!
Anche l'estate è fantastica! Puoi approfittare della piscina, della zona di divertimento, della cerniera e di altre attività a una frazione del costo del soggiorno presso il resort e puoi ancora camminare per quasi tutto.
Altre attività fuori dalla montagna includono equitazione, pesca, kayak, mountain bike, trekking e pesca. Ci sono anche alcuni ottimi vini e liquori che assaggiano molto vicino.

Our family enjoyed the weekend stay. The home was beautiful. Very clean, and so many home accessories available. Making our stay that much easier. Easy access as well for entrance when we arrived. The owner was very kind and very helpful. Providing area things to do as well as checking in on us. Would highly recommend this place.

We loved our stay at this house! There was enough space for our group of 10. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. The location was perfect, so close to Smugglers Notch. Most of us walked to the mountain (we used one car to drive our skis over). Overall a really great stay!

The house is beautiful tucked away across the street from the entrance to Smugglers Notch. Spacious and cozy with an awesome game room in the nicely finished basement. We had a great week together! Lots of skiing and just hanging out at night relaxing.

This is a perfect spot for a group to stay right across the street from Smugs. It's an easy drive to restaurants in the area and a well kept up house. Communication was easy throughout the process.

Our group had two families: 4 adults, 4 girls, and a baby. The space accommodated us wonderfully with room to spare. We had a lovely stay. The house was exactly what we expected, and the location was central to all the activities we wanted to do with our families: hiking, mini golf, and breweries. It also didn’t take too long to get to Burlington for a day trip.

We stayed to visit my daughter at UVM and ski Smugglers Notch. The house was perfect. My daughter brought over some of her college friends to enjoy a home cooked meal and a night away from the dorms. The bunk room was perfect for them. The lower level had football, air hockey and a giant tv to keep them busy. The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed to make multiple meals for a crowd. The house stayed warm even though we were there during record low temperatures we stayed cozy inside. It’s literally across the street from Smugglers so arriving for first chair was easy with no parking issues. Owner was great, very easy to work with and everything was clearly outlined. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the northern Vermont area. The house was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need plus more. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were perfectly sized. The communication with Jim was just the right amount to make sure that everything was good from booking to the stay without being overbearing. Everything was perfect and I have absolutely no complaints at all. Thank you again!!

This house was great! Lots of room. Loved the gameroom in the basement. Great distance from Smugglers Notch. Crossing the highway to get to SN with the children was doable, but caution was certainly needed.

Perfect!
The Red Smuggs house was perfect for our family get away. The kitchen is very well equipped, the beds were very comfortable, and there is plenty of room for a larger group. Highly recommend!

Great location. We skied stowe & smuggs. For smuggs we parked in lot #1 and dressed in the yurt. Easy mountain access, with no crowds. Teens loved the game room. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were very comfy!

Son’s wedding at The Barn at Smuggs
This home was absolutely perfect for our large family. The entertainment room downstairs kept our boys entertained while preparing meals upstairs. The location was perfect for our continuous jaunts back and forth to wedding venue and activities. Jim and Paige were extremely accommodating and we truly couldn’t have found a better place for our stay. Well stocked with necessities, ease with using well maintained appliances and comfortable beds to boot! Thanks so much for making our wonderful experience care free and that much more enjoyable! It was the most beautiful, loving wedding and we came away from it with such warm memories❤️

Top Notch Stay
Perfect location just outside Smuggs. Great room downstairs for apres ski. Plenty of room for kiddos and adults to spread out. Could not have asked for anything more and communication with Jim was exceptional. Thank you!

This home provided for a wonderful winter getaway. Jim, the owner, was great. He provided all the info we needed to access the home well in advance, and he made sure our stay was amazing. We liked that this home was super close to the resort but not quite on the resort property, especially because we were traveling with our small dog and Smuggs doesn't allow pets on property (or at least on their snowshoe trails). We also loved the game room in the basement and the kitchen was very well stocked with all the equipment you need when staying in a rental. Everything about the home was great, it was clean, warm and welcoming. A truly seamless rental experience. Highly recommend!

Awesome ski vacation
We chose this property as it was at a mountain none of us had been at before.
The description of the property was very accurate. It was very clean when we arrived. Access was set up easily.
Communication with Jim before our trip was easy and very helpful.
We ended up driving up to Lot 1 on the mountain, some of our group came back early from skiing, and we just called for pickup when we were done - only a 5 minute trip. It worked out extremely well.
The mountain was awesome to ski, we lucked out and got fresh snow, even powder every day.
I would definitely come back to this house again, everyone had a great experience.

Amazing week!
This home is the perfect location to spend a week while enjoying Smuggler's Notch resort. Our group loved the lower level game/movie room, proximity to skiing/snowboarding (5 min walk) and everything about this house. We will definitely return. Thanks so much!

Great Place!
Everything was perfect and communication with Jim was easy. There was plenty of space for our group and the kids loved the game room in the basement. It was too warm for the fireplace, but we're honestly thinking about renting again in the winter. I would definitely recommend.
