The location in the heart of the town was really nice, close to all shops, bars and restaurants. It was really quiet too which we appreciate. The AC was really good too so we were really comfy during all our stay.

The swimming pool area was too small, they obviously used wide angle lenses for their pictures because it looked way bigger in them and when we arrived we were disappointed by the size. The fact that they include pictures of the private jacuzzis in the main page is also misleading as I was expecting to have a small jacuzzi on the top and that was for private rooms.

Perfect location right in the middle of the old town of Pollenca on a beautiful square. Very comfortable beds and delicious breakfast - where you - besides the normal breakfast - are able to order a variety of egg dishes - for instance very nice omelettes etc. The staff was very polite and caring. Would definitely stay here some other time.

We had dinner one night in the restaurant and the food was very nice. However, the staff was polite but seamed very inexperienced and we waited a very long time just to get our food and beverages. The guests beside ours left right after they had finished their starters as they did not wish to wait for the main course.

Room slightly small and not enough storage and the staff serving outside for drinks lunch etc were not of the same standard as the breakfast or front desk staff. The housekeeping missed replenishing our toilet rolls and tissues twice.

Fabulous location in the heart of Pollenca Town, room was average size, bed comfy and nice bedding & towels. Outside area small but nice to sit and sunbathe.

Didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment. My Patner went for drinks & food to be eaten on the sun deck, service was very poor otherwise everything was ok.

Location fantastic. Staff were wonderful, welcoming and helpful. Size of room was great, spacious and beautifully decorated. The coffee machine was appreciated. Rooftop pool had stunning views. Jacuzzi was enjoyed. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment.

Would have liked a kettle in the room.

The hotel is very central, located right in the main square of Pollenca. The staff are very friendly and you even get a glass of Cava as a welcome. The room was incredibly comfortable and nice, with a great shower. My favourite part was definitely the rooftop chill out area though. It's got such beautiful views and it's just the perfect place to relax.

I unfortunately did not have the breakfast, so I cannot comment. We were greeted with a glass of cava and with the most positive staff and friendly. Our room was beautiful and we were surprised to get access to the rooftop a real treat. We have soft music filtering through to which made it feel so special. The views were stunning. Although it might of been different during the busy season with noise, we were delighted to have that wonderful space just outside our door. The bed was so comfy, didn't want to get out of it. The shower was beautifully warm and spaciious. Everything was just lovely.

No faults at all really. At a push, heated towel racks to dry your towels would of been a bonus, but who needs that in Spain during the busy season :)

Location was brilliant. The design aesthetic of the hotel was really chic and lovely. The reception staff were SO helpful. Called around local vinyards and arranged a tour for us.

There was nothing I didn’t like. The hotel was quite expensive but we paid the extra for a nice atmosphere. Think breakfast should be included in the price.

Mon Boutique Hotel provides a wonderful base for a stay in Pollenca. The reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful and our room was spotless, comfortable and well appointed.

We took a while getting our bearings on arrival by hire car. Being an old town there is little parking close to the hotel and we could have used a tip from a local early on. In reality we unloaded very close to the hotel and parked within a couple of hundred yards but on the first day this was more by luck than judgement.
