Η τοποθεσία γιατί είναι κοντά στην αγορά, σούπερ μάρκετ,φούρνο κτλ.εύκολη πρόσβαση σε ΜΜΜ. Η Άννα μόνο από το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετική, ευγενική, εργατική,με ενσυναίσθηση, εξυπηρετική, ευχάριστη. Υπάρχει ράμπα αλλά δυστυχώς είναι δύσχρηστη για ΑΜΕΑ αν και θα μπορούσε να παρέχεται σαν υπηρεσία και να αξιοποιηθεί καλύτερα, εύκολο πάρκινγκ ,άνετα στρώματα στα κρεβάτια, κλιματισμός.
ΑΜΕΑ κ το προσωπικό εκτός της Άννας ενώ έβλεπε ότι ταλαιπωρουμαστε για να κατέβει από την ράμπα ήταν αμέτοχο κ αδιάφορο...είχαμε ενημερώσει για καθημερινή καθαριότητα του μπάνιου δλδ να αφαιρούνται τα σκουπίδια από το καλαθάκι του μπάνιου παρόλαυτα δεν βγήκαν ποτέ όσο ήμασταν εκεί (3μερες) κ με απάθεια μας ενημέρωσε η κυρία να τα βγάλουμε μόνοι μας κ να τα πάει εκείνη στα σκουπίδια. το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν τρίκλινο με αποτέλεσμα να περνάμε ο ένας πάνω από τον άλλο δεν υπήρχε χώρος. τα αλουμίνια παλιά χωρίς σήτα. Το μπάνιο δεν είχε χώρο κ τα πλακάκια ξεκολλημένα .

The bathroom was not clean when i checked in. For 6 days, there was no cleaning service in the room, no sheet replacement.

The hotel was not clean, some of the furniture were old. The doors were not secure. The mattress was not good at all.

Location very near to theatre venue at the School of Athens and town; safe and clean area.

It would be nice if they provided kitchen service since they do not cook. At times I would need to warm food but that was not possible
Provide residents with microwave.
The person in charge of housekeeping should be more thorough cleaning the verandah/balcony was never done yet I loved seating at the balcony every morning

It was a nice and peaceful neighborhood. The hotel is close to the metro station.
The bathroom and the room didn't seem very clean.

Couldn't open the door as light switches were in the way.
Bunk beds not comfortable and not safe for the people sleeping on the top one.
Only one socket outlet in the room for all 4 people.

It is a bit old. Cosmetic wear on the surfaces only.

bathroom: shower is very uncomfortable, for hot water need wait up to 10 min when tap is opened.

balcony door is not locking. Main door is very bad secured. No fire alarm .

Its not clean at all and everything broken.windows couldnt lock.

There’s a nest of wasps in the balcony, and was impossible even just to smoke a cigarette outside. The overall condition of the room is shabby. A total waste of money. Definitely not worth 30€ at all. None of the ladies at the reception had the decency to say neither good morning nor hello when i have greeted them. And both during check in and check out, none of them said a single word, neither in Greek nor in English. A place to avoid in future. Please clean the bathroom door because looks like it hasn’t seen some detergent or even just some water for ages. Never again!

It was absolutely filthy. Broken furniture, single sheet in a double bed, broken lock in balcony doors etc etc
Plus I had booked my car into parking and they confirmed it, when I arrived it wasn’t available.
The day time receptionist did not care in the slightest about our concerns, more concerned with her nails. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL
