Quiet, clean, comfortable condo in McCloud
Unità recentemente rinnovata, moderna e pulita situata nel complesso condominiale McCloud altamente considerato. Questo raro 3 camere da letto / 2. 5 unità di bagno è stata recentemente rinnovata con pavimenti in legno, piastrelle nuove e apparecchi di fascia alta. Situato a poche centinaia di metri da Lakeshore Blvd e dall'ingresso a Incline Beach e alla rampa per la barca di Ski Beach, McCloud è anche adiacente al percorso fitness Incline Village che si trova a cavallo dell'inclinazione di Incline. Praticamente tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno è raggiungibile a piedi o in bicicletta.
Il complesso e l'area circostante sono molto tranquilli. Il posizionamento offset del condominio che è circondato da terreni ben tenuti, manzanita, pioppi e alberi di pino offrono il tipo di tranquillità che solo il Lago Tahoe può offrire. La vasca idromassaggio e la suana sono disponibili anche tutto l'anno solo per i visitatori e i residenti di McCloud.
L'unità stessa è stata recentemente rinnovata e aggiornata. Ci sono due piani, un mudroom e un ponte posteriore con un grill a gas. Appena entrati, puoi lasciare la tua attrezzatura nella stanza fangosa dalle dimensioni compatte e dirigersi verso la tua fuga accogliente. Al piano principale, la cucina, la sala da pranzo e il soggiorno / camino contribuiscono tutti a creare un ambiente adatto alle famiglie.
Tutte le camere sono al piano di sopra: il maestro è enorme con un letto king size e due ampi armadi. La seconda camera da letto è una regina con un grande armadio e la terza ha due letti singoli e con un grande armadio. Tutti i letti includono lenzuola, coperte e trapunte di alta qualità. Tutte le camere hanno molte finestre regolabili per la brezza perfetta. Ci sono nuovi materassi pieghevoli (2) che sono morbidi, facili da spostare e possono essere disposti ovunque per ospitare altri 2 adulti.

The condo is a great layout and very spacious. We felt the photos made the unit look better than it was. It is extremely dark and there are different lightbulb colors throughout the unit. The lamp in the living room was broken when we arrived and one of the lamps in master bedroom can only turn on if you plug it in. The carpet was filthy so were the baseboards. The furniture in the living room was very old. No matching glasses. The outlets in the bathrooms did not work. Once we notified Tim he brought an extension cord that we could plug into the hall way outlet to dry our hair. If you don’t mind the dirt and lighting the unit is fine.

Tim was great host and good communicator. His place in Incline Village was nice and very accommodative for our group. Three bedrooms an two and a half bath worked great for our group.
We were all attending a party at the Hyatt Regency which was walkable from the unit. Great location close to restaurants, beaches, the main food store in Incline, coffee shop, etc. Could not have been better.

This is a very clean, well-stocked and comfortable townhome in a quiet development near Incline and Sand Harbor beach. The host was wonderful - very responsive, helpful and accommodating. We had a great time with our family and I recommend this home for a relaxing trip to Tahoe.

We enjoyed our stay so much. Restaurants within walking distance and just a short drive to the public beach, Kings Beach. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Check in/out process was a breeze. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed a fabulous stay at this condo. The pictures make the condo look smaller than it actually is. The kitchen, dining, and family room provide plenty of breathing/relaxing room (the mud room is an added bonus space). We were pleasantly surprised how cool (temperature wise) the unit stayed during our summer vacation and how quite the complex is. The lake, Starbucks, grocery store, movie theater, bowling alley, etc are a quick walk from this unit. The grass area in front of the condo is the perfect play space for kids. Tim, the owner, is very responsive. We give this unit 5 stars and will definitely book another stay.

Was here for a basketball tournament at Incline High School with the family. Great location and nice neighborhood. The new bowling alley behind the complex is great! Good food, good vibe and definitely would recommend. Met the owner and he is super nice so check it out. Unfortunately none of the hot tubs in the complex were working and they were shut down Memorial Day weekend which was disappointing. House itself is nice and plenty of room for the 5 of us. Could be updated a little as some of the house/furniture needs updating. Only one TV in living room and none in any bedrooms. Some of the outlets in Master Bath would not work but overall these are little things. The stay overall was nice and the location is ideal.

This is a very clean, super quiet, five star unit with all the amenities. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. Communication with the host was prompt and easy (answered all my questions). A snow shovel for the front steps would have been helpful (I looked, but didn't find one). That being said, our stay was pleasantly relaxing and we look forward to returning.

Air quality index was poor due to the wild fire in the area. I asked if we can leave 2 days earlier and get credited, Tim Albertsons was very reasonable and gave us 2 day credit.

Overall very nice condo and very close to beach, however because you can't access the beach without IVGD cards, makes being that close irrelevant.
We also smelled and found some mummified dog droppings in the dining room closet that we couldn't remove nor should we need to.

We had a wonderful time! Property and condo is beautifully maintained. Ideal location, 10 min drive to San Harbor and three blocks from grocery store. Property owner was easily accessible and very pleasant to work with. We will be back!

Had a nice stay at this quaint home in Incline. We loved being able to barbecue and had easy access to lots of restaurants and the Incline Beach. Great location and very nice stay

Great little getaway
Property was perfect for our long weekend in Lake Tahoe. After spending a few days in Yosemite with a subpar condo, this condo was spotless and extremely comfortable. Loved playing all the classic games available with the kids and walking up to town and down to the beach. Very quiet and peaceful. Tim was great with communication and made things a breeze. We did not see a hair dryer in the unit - so fyi, but beach hair don’t care :)

we enjoyed our 4 nights at this place. The house was super clean and well maintained. Due to the highway closure our trip was shortened that it's planed. Thanks the owner Tim who was very considerate and responsive. Definitely we will come back again!

Wonderful family get away
Condo was perfect for our family of 4. Great floor plan and lots of space. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bbq was great. Easy walk to Hyatt and beach.

Spacious condo/Great location
We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, well furnished, and had more space than we expected. The condo is walking distance to Incline Beach and a very short drive to Sand Harbor beach. We would stay here again for sure.

Great spot for our first SIP get-away!
We were looking for somewhere to get away for the first time since we started sheltering in place nearly 4 months ago and this property met our needs. Lots of space for 2 people with comfortable beds and furniture and modern appliances, including a wine cooler. We also used the BBQ on the back deck. As far as we could tell, there was no TV service but we always bring an HDMI cable to connect a laptop to the TV monitor and the internet connection was excellent. We had a lovely stay.

Perfect for a cozy holiday
We had everything we needed as a family with children; the accommodations were very comfortable. We were able to cook our Thanksgiving meal in the kitchen, enjoy the fresh snow on the property, and have relaxing time playing games, watching movies and doing puzzles in the condo.
The location was perfect, and having snow maintenance as part of the property was helpful during such a white Thanksgiving.
When we had a question while up there, we had a response very quickly. We'd love to go back again during summer to take advantage of the short walk to the beach!

Cozy and quiet
The condo is exactly what the advertising said. We were in town for a wedding so did not had time too much. Arrived late Friday night and left on Sunday, stayed about 36 hours in town. With that said, the location of condo is excellent (for us) Husband got his two morning runs in which he truly enjoyed his route. Nice grocery less than 5 mins away. Nice Hyatt Hotel restaurant 3 mins drive by. The condo is well maintenance. Nice stay overall.

A Home Away form Home....Literally
We didn’t have to contact the owner at any time during our stay because everything we needed or wanted was thoughtfully provided. The house was impeccably clean as well. Would highly recommend.

Great Property & Convenient Location
The Lake Tahoe property was wonderful. We were able to check in earlier than expected. The cabin was clean and sizable for our family, overall very pleased with the property and location.
