Everything was just as seen on the listing. Great beach house. Everything was clean and functional. Comfortable beds, great pool and hot tub. Everything you need. We had a great stay and will certainly be back!

We had such a great time! Already booked for next year! The location is so perfect to the beach and pool at the house so much fun for everyone. The house spotless and kitchen well stocked with everything you needed, the sttting room became our parlor for adults! Hated to leave, as my grandson said, this vacation rates 300 percent! We loved this great beach house for our family reunion! It is in a wonderful location to the beach, restaurants and shops. The kitchen is extremely well stocked! The pool and hot tub are awesome! The house is so clean and we never saw a bug or spider! The house layout was wonderful for our adult children with our grandkids. We loved all the extra swings, sofas, chairs on the porches and around the pool. Liz was so friendly and helpful with all of our correspondence. We highly recommend this house!

Our family had a wonderful week at this spacious house only a block from the beach. The pool provided so many hours of fun for the kids and the porches were great for evening hangouts. Owners were responsive and helpful. We would love to stay here again!

What a great place to stay...first time ever the pictures you see is exactly what the property looks like....the home is beautiful, VERY well stocked kitchen, the pool is beautiful....short walk to the beach....beach is huge. Everything about this rental property is an A++. My only suggestion is to have the pool cleaner person to come out twice a week instead of just on Sat, especially after a storm, as some of the neighbors tree pines end up in the pool. Other than that....what an excellent place to stay. If you are looking for a place to have a family reunion or special family event, look no further.....Thank you to Liz for a great vacation and for sharing your home with us. Thank you also for providing the beach badges, not may properties do that any longer......The house was spotless and very clean and I appreciated that. We had a great time on vacation. The house was perfect for our family and had the perfect location. It had a very warm feeling. Pool and hot tub were great amenities to have.

Even though there was no sun for the four days we were there at the beach we had a great time at the house. Got to use the hot tub a few times, but just being at this well planned out house with our family was a treat. Great gathering place with a nice size kitchen and upper deck with a grill. Hope to return next year.

The house was so well stocked with everything you would look for in a home. The pool and hot tub were a great plus for this property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My family and I had a great time in this lovely home. So bright and welcoming as soon as you open the door. Big plus being so close to the beach and the bonus of having a pool when you get back! We would love to make this a yearly vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay in the house! The house is even better than it appears online. The sitting room was much bigger than we expected. The bathrooms have plenty of counterspace which was nice. The owners had already stocked up on plenty of items that we needed, so that was convenient for us. It is a short walk to the beach, and the views from the front decks are great. The back pool area is beautiful… very private. The pool and the spa were amazing, and they are especially pretty at night with the lights turned on. There also some nice shops within walking distance, such as Pelican polar ice and a cute coffee place. A few blocks down are other stores and several places to miniature golf. We would definitely stay in this house again!

My family's first trip to LBI was a complete success & this lovely home had a lot to do with it! The owners have thought of everything & are wonderful to work with. We found the property spotless upon our arrival and the location more than ideal. We walked everywhere (shopping, restaurants, ice cream, etc). The kids would swim in the pool all morning, then head to the beach for a dip in the clear ocean water, then shower off the sand in the outdoor shower, then back into the pool again! PERFECT VACATION SCENARIO!!!! We also could view all of the 4th of July fireworks by sitting right outside on the front porch. I would book this place again in a heartbeat <3

We had 4 adults and 4 kids 7-10. The house was very nice and the owner was great. The pool and hot tub were a nice addition to the beach place. The beach was a quick walk and restaurants, arcade and mini golf were nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

This home is fantastic! Absolutely lovely, great location, well equipped, the pool is a special bonus, it's a large & comfortable house, very nice owners, location is close to beach and to some stores (especially How You Brewin?!!). We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this home in LBI. Worth every penny! Rent this home... you won't be disappointed!

Every year for the past nine years, my family has rented a shore house in LBI that is different from the one before. While we have been happy with virtually every other house, we have always found something about a house that did not make us want to return. Not this house! It was clean, has more than enough space for my family of 5 (3 kids), my in-laws (family of 5 with 3 kids, mother-in-law, father-in-law), has a great location, has two great decks (one for when it is sunny and one for when it rains), great outdoor shower, and an immaculate and pretty pool and hot tub. We loved it! We also found the owners to be very responsive and helpful when we had a few questions during our stay.

Great home. Incredibly well stocked. Great heated pool with a spa 1/2 block from an under-crowded beach. Wonderful family vacation spot.

As luck would have it, LBI was anticipating the arrival of storm Hermine during our stay. In preparation, the owners had stowed their outdoor furniture. To protect their large glass patio table, they turned it over on its face. We were directed to replace the furniture back to its original place. Upon turning the table over, specifically placing the umbrella in the table, the table shattered. The owner was contacted immediately and it was later insinuated that we would be fully responsible for it. We did state that we felt that this was not fully our liability, as the table was stored on its face (which may have weakened the table). The owner responded that we would try to find a resolution that was agreeable to both parties. As it turns out, the owner felt it was appropriate to charge us the full amount to replace the table, regardless of our thoughts of the situation. The circumstance was rather unusual and did not arise from abuse or neglect of the property. With that, we were disappointed with the way that this was handled. As for the actual property, the location was nice; it was just a few houses in from the beach. The home was well stocked, especially the kitchen. It seemed that there was large presence of ants in the kitchen (hopefully, this is something that will be remedied by a professional exterminator). We had a couple issues with the pool, but they were easily taken care of by the pool service that maintains the pool. Altogether, this is a beautiful home, but I would not rent this home without seriously considering renter's insurance, to avoid being liable for any property damage.
